Absentee Policy

General Information __Please post absentee notices here. You don't need to post anything unless you're going to be gone for more than four days. If you have yet to be accepted into a pack, post an absentee notice in your joining thread. Prolonged absenteeism without notice may result in demotion or removal, so please make sure you let us know when you're absent. If you play multiple characters, please list ALL of them along with their pack!

Return Dates __In order to post a valid absentee notice, you must include an exact return date. If you're not sure, give yourself a week or two more than what you think you'll be absent. If you post an absentee notice without an exact return date, it will not be added to the list and you run the risk of removal.

Prolonged Absence __PLEASE SEE: If you plan to be absent for more than four weeks, your character will be put on hiatus IC and removed from the ranks. When you return from being absent, post in the absentee thread and your character will be reinstated into the ranks at Subordinate for a two week probationary period. If your activity is satisfactory after the two week probation period, your character will be reinstated at or as close to his/her former rank as possible. Reinstatement at former rank is at leader's discretion and individual circumstance.
