Crucifix followed closely behind the gray coyote as he began to lead her on the thirty minute walk. Her green gaze moved up along the trees as they became thicker and moved over their heads. This scene wouldn't last for too long as the two of them would soon come to a clearing. Basilio moved in front of her, and she wanted to make sure that he would be alright with his staff before she moved her eyes up to take in the view. It was nothing like she had ever imagined. The sight was amazing. The clearing itself was beautiful, and full of color from the arrangement of flowers. She couldn't have asked for anything better. Her head turned down to him with a large smile, seeming to have eased up from the nervousness he had seen before, "Thank you.. for bringing me here.."
The coyote girl wanted so much to rush out into the clearing, but she couldn't ignore what Basilio was saying to her. She gave a small tilt of her head. Her voice was still quiet, but sounding less nervous, "Cibil..? Sounds better for my sister.." Her name was Crucible after all. It was nice to hear that he also traveled along with a sister. It was something else that the two of them had in common. This tiny man would surely make a good friend for her to have, one to have that was outside of her family. She did seem to be getting more at ease with him after all.
Once he was satisfied with her words, she moved forward towards a patch of flowers. She moved down to her knees, her hands moving out to gently touch them and take in their scent. Her smile was evidence enough of her happiness. She began to pick a couple of them, making slits in the bottom of the stems and moving the flowers together, attaching them to each other.
As the two coyotes were getting settled in the clearing, they would soon feel another presence moving towards them. Crucifix was still distracted by her flowers and hadn't taken notice to the one coming towards them. His appearance was not hard to distinguish. His wolf features stuck out like a sore thumb among the two tiny coyotes. He strolled towards the two, using his height to his advantage to stand over them. He remained silent for the moment, eyes linger on them as he watched, waiting.
