- Kesho Maisha - 10-24-2010
For Hybrid! Sorry if this post has strange continuity, I'm just getting back into roleplaying after about 5-6 years absence. :> WC: 563 Kesho Maisha
Once, Kesho had frequented the beach belonging to the clan, which had looked quite similar to the area which was now claimed proudly and thoroughly by the Inferni clan The shore was unforgettable; he'd so many fond and treacherous memories there. Of love and friendship, defeat and entanglement. Although this wasn't exactly the same beach, its tide carried the exact same water nonetheless, and it comforted the tired coy on a deeper level than even he could describe. Only recently had he experienced the unquenchable desire to return to such a place of structure and familiarity. As he walked the coastline, Kesho took increasingly deep breaths, each one calming and centering him. He was finally home. It felt so good. A large wave crashed frothily near him, creating a deafening but divine sound upon which he lingered for quite some time. The intense spray soaked his visage and dampened his coat in its entirety. It had been long since he'd felt such a sense of freedom, despite having been alone and without order previously. As quickly as he had expressed his joy at returning, however, the mentality of the place also overcame him. Again he would be able to prowl, infused with an unholy desire to strike fear into those who crossed him, without the shame of having no one to share it with. It wasn't that he was a purely evil being, no. Kesho was a controllable monster; at least, while his other side was held at bay. Now, he'd be able to pride himself on his ability to shun his morality and inflict pain upon his enemies. Yes, yes... watch them bleed, writhe in agony, soak in pools of their own blood! , moaned a voice in his head hungrily. The male instantly became tense, and forced his mind closed to this distraction. No, you can't have me now..., he growled back inwardly. This inner fight was nearly constant, and sometimes Kesho was unable to maintain control. Sometimes, the beast would release itself into the rusty canine's shell, overtaking him and erupting turmoil upon those around him. Sometimes, his other didn't care about friend from foe. Rarely, this happened, but when it did it was no beautiful scene. Regaining control for Kesho in those circumstances takes incredible willpower. Thankfully, keeping himself in check was easy enough, for now. The bronzed coyote traipsed into the shallow water, splashing about in light play. Spanking the water with his cream paws and attempting to catch the droplets on his tongue, Kesho was creating quite the sight. Slight age wasn't stopping this coy from acting as though he were a teenager again, the last time he danced in these pools. A large grin flooded his features as his play become increasingly gymnastic, performing flips and spins like a silly child. Pausing finally, now on his back and soaking wet in the cold water of the beach, Kesho glanced up at the evening sky. It was nearly dark, and the stars were beginning to appear on the dark canvas above him. The stunningly content male was anxious to make the acquaintance of his new kin, yet his body relaxed into the cold sand, the frigid water shifting around him. His eyes lingered upward upon the astrology above him, causing him to become entranced with its beauty, the feeling of an enthralling, unusual calm descending over him. .kesho-spiralstair p {padding:0px 20px 10px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:30px;} .kesho-spiralstair b {color:#FFE8A2;} .kesho-spiralstair-b {width:402px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0px auto;} .kesho-spiralstair-charname {font-family:georgia, serif; color:#FFE8A2; text-shadow:#1C0A00 0px 0px 4px; float: right; margin:5px; text-transform:uppercase; font-size:20px; font-weight:bold; letter-spacing:1px;} .kesho-spiralstair-separator {text-align:center; margin:2px 0px; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010oct/kesho2.png); height:211px; border-width:1px; border-size:1px; border-style: solid none; border-color:#EBDCBB;} .kesho-spiralstair-ooc {font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px; letter-spacing:.4px; font-style:italic; } .kesho-spiralstair {background-color:#CAB482; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010oct/kesho2bg.gif); padding:0px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #EBDCBB; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#766236; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:2px; line-height:12px; width:400px; text-align:justify; } </style>
- Hybrid Holocaust - 10-31-2010
No worries! The post was interesting to read? XD Backflipping coyotes! Nuts!

- Kesho Maisha - 11-05-2010
WC: 360 Kesho Maisha
Kesho had been quite relaxed, laying there on his back, gazing up at the rapidly blackening sky. He certainly wasn't concerned with who might've seen him, although when the time came and he realized that he might not be alone, this thought changed. You look like an idiot, Kesho, get the fuck up!, snorted that other voice deep inside his head. He shook this thought away, attempting to remain indifferent as possible. Soon, though, he had company. The rusty coyote watched, upside-down, as the other male approached him slowly. Hearing his derisive chortle, Kesho immediately flipped himself back upright, top half of his body now quite wet. Shaking off this moisture lightly, so as not to share it with this new acquaintance, he stepped out of the water and into the cool sand. Nodding to the ragged male, he threw a sheepish look across his features, feeling slightly foolish now that he realized he actually had been seen. "Ah, don't mind me...I was just a bit lost there for a moment-- in reminiscence, you know." He hoped that this beast wouldn't fault him for his strange ways. "We haven't met; I'm Kesho." Simple. He didn't know this canine, and though his intentions didn't seem foul, one could never be sure. The elder coyote retained a sense of alertness as his ember eyes raked over his companion's physique. He was lean, but muscular; they were similarly built. This beast seemed to carry a more urgent sense of demonic power than Kesho had at his disposal; although, it was true, if he really needed it, it was just below the surface. I'm here, dog. Don't forget about me..., the other snarled, as if in opposition to any thought of his absence. Once again Kesho ignored these thoughts, feeling the necessity to be present in reality. It wouldn't do to meet someone new and have his head clouded and twisted with such thoughts, distracting him from making friends, or at least acquaintances. It was time that the old man had a real companion. Maybe he would find it in this dark creature; somehow, he was entirely unsure of this dog's intentions. .kesho-spiralstair p {padding:0px 20px 10px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:30px;} .kesho-spiralstair b {color:#FFE8A2;} .kesho-spiralstair-b {width:402px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0px auto;} .kesho-spiralstair-charname {font-family:georgia, serif; color:#FFE8A2; text-shadow:#1C0A00 0px 0px 4px; float: right; margin:5px; text-transform:uppercase; font-size:20px; font-weight:bold; letter-spacing:1px;} .kesho-spiralstair-separator {text-align:center; margin:2px 0px; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010oct/kesho2.png); height:211px; border-width:1px; border-size:1px; border-style: solid none; border-color:#EBDCBB;} .kesho-spiralstair-ooc {font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px; letter-spacing:.4px; font-style:italic; } .kesho-spiralstair {background-color:#CAB482; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010oct/kesho2bg.gif); padding:0px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #EBDCBB; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#766236; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:2px; line-height:12px; width:400px; text-align:justify; } </style>
- Hybrid Holocaust - 11-06-2010

- Kesho Maisha - 11-11-2010
WC: 399. Heeerrrp. Hybrid's a badass, lol. Kesho Maisha
Kesho watched the brute, realizing that he indeed took him for a fool just as suspected. No matter, though. It had happened before; surely it would happen again, as well. He didn't mind, and took others' reactions to his unique personality in stride. To his kin, he always spoke with the best intentions, and felt no need to explain this. This canine seemed to expect little from Kesho, based on his extreme brevity and bodily language. And perhaps the elder coyote never would become any great shakes, but he'd like to think that he at least had more than another body to contribute to this clan. He would defend it with his life, and hoped that his kinsmen would do the same, despite their questioning. His face became stoic and emotionless now, reflecting the other canine's cold expression. After a fairly lengthy period of silence, the beast finally uttered his name. Hybrid. No doubt, despite his quiet personality, this canine was surely a skilled fighter. His body seemed in top form, despite his small build, and Kesho took notice of it. He had been working, as well; getting his own muscles strengthened again, after being on his own for so long, needing only to have enough strength to feed and defend himself. Now, he had others relying on him to protect them, and he would do so. His strength had already doubled so far in his time back, and it felt good. The bronze coyote wondered if Hybrid had any interest in him at all, or if he should even continue their conversation. He figured, though, that although they might not all be the best conversationalists, he should at least attempt to get to know his kinsmen-- even if they were slightly less than cooperative. "You've lived here a while, I can tell." He wasn't sure how to proceed in his attempts to converse with Hybrid, but continued nonetheless, hoping to perhaps drag some speech out of him. "Might you have been around when the fire burned away the old territory?" He questioned, supremely interested in this time period, as it had occurred quite soon after his departure from the land. "I wonder if you have that story...or any stories." He paused, considering whether to continue or not, figuring it couldn't hurt at this point. "I left here, apparently shortly before it happened. I just want to know why." .kesho-spiralstair p {padding:0px 20px 10px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:30px;} .kesho-spiralstair b {color:#FFE8A2;} .kesho-spiralstair-b {width:402px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0px auto;} .kesho-spiralstair-charname {font-family:georgia, serif; color:#FFE8A2; text-shadow:#1C0A00 0px 0px 4px; float: right; margin:5px; text-transform:uppercase; font-size:20px; font-weight:bold; letter-spacing:1px;} .kesho-spiralstair-separator {text-align:center; margin:2px 0px; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010oct/kesho2.png); height:211px; border-width:1px; border-size:1px; border-style: solid none; border-color:#EBDCBB;} .kesho-spiralstair-ooc {font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px; letter-spacing:.4px; font-style:italic; } .kesho-spiralstair {background-color:#CAB482; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010oct/kesho2bg.gif); padding:0px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #EBDCBB; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#766236; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:2px; line-height:12px; width:400px; text-align:justify; } </style>
- Hybrid Holocaust - 11-16-2010 341. Lmao.<3 WC: 301 Kesho Maisha
It was made painfully more clear to Kesho that Hybrid wasn't exactly pleased and willing to be speaking to him. He didn't mind much, though; he thought himself to be worthwhile enough for the both of them, but just barely. His self-confidence had been greatly restored since returning to Mudbloods, but the dragging depression still lingered, constantly kept in play by his favorite alter ego, with a sarcastic smirk. But then the male uttered a few short words, and allowed the conversation to continue. At least somewhat. So that was why the packs were all different now. They were certainly no longer rivals of Silent Dawn or Storm, that was certain. It also seemed to Kesho that the clan was lying low, trying to keep pack rivalries at the minimum. He still didn't quite understand this fact, but it remained. It was certainly different from the foundations that Mudbloods grew upon. The fire destroyed it all and our clan alone stayed in tact. That was certainly saying something about the leadership since his time. It had improved. "Gabriel and Kaena... they're keeping pack relations in check, it seems. Are we at peace with the wolf packs?" He couldn't believe this could be entirely true; it made him wonder what aims the new Mudbloods had, what place they had chosen to take. "That's certainly different from the chaos and turmoil that I remember." Kesho stayed silent now. He wasn't about to ramble on like he had been, only to get a grunt and a word or two in return. He, too, could brood. He wanted to give Hybrid a chance, though, because he was clearly a loyal wizard of the clan, and clearly worth the time and effort it might take to crack his shell; if it could be done at all. .kesho-spiralstair p {padding:0px 20px 10px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:30px;} .kesho-spiralstair b {color:#FFE8A2;} .kesho-spiralstair-b {width:402px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0px auto;} .kesho-spiralstair-charname {font-family:georgia, serif; color:#FFE8A2; text-shadow:#1C0A00 0px 0px 4px; float: right; margin:5px; text-transform:uppercase; font-size:20px; font-weight:bold; letter-spacing:1px;} .kesho-spiralstair-separator {text-align:center; margin:2px 0px; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/Hogwarts/gifts/2010oct/kesho2.png); height:211px; border-width:1px; border-size:1px; border-style: solid none; border-color:#EBDCBB;} .kesho-spiralstair-ooc {font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px; letter-spacing:.4px; font-style:italic; } .kesho-spiralstair {background-color:#CAB482; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/Hogwarts/gifts/20 ... sho2bg.gif); padding:0px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #EBDCBB; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#766236; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:2px; line-height:12px; width:400px; text-align:justify; } </style>
- Hybrid Holocaust - 11-27-2010 Don't even! Kesho's ears were facing fully forward, catching every breath that was uttered by the mangy brute. Hybrid's words raptured the elder coyote, telling him of things he hadn't known, or even heard any mutterings of. They sure had become better at hiding things. His eyes narrowed as he was told of Inferni's victory against a nearby wolf pack, Dahlia de Mai. He wondered what had caused a war between them, let alone two. He couldn't help but smirk as the beast recounted, in very brief and blunt detail, what occurred. Of course Inferni had won; despite its inherent difference from those old days, he believed that the clan was indeed strong, and had immense capability. And this only proved it. However, he couldn't help but wonder what losses the clan had sustained. Surely a battle of the magnitude he described couldn't be won without there being some sacrifice on their part. Or maybe he needed more faith in this strange band of dogs. "I had no idea. What caused the first war?" He couldn't help but blurt out questions. He wanted to know. "Did we lose any? How were their numbers...?" He inquired, his militant past getting the best of him. "I guess I missed all the fun, then, huh." He stated, tone obviously conveying slight disappointment, malice licking the tips of his words. He truly yearned for combat, for a war like Hybrid described. It was just his luck to have narrowly missed it. Hah! A war, and we won...Amazing. But look at that, Kesho, you weren't a part of it! A voice hissed inside of his head. He shook it away with ease, returning his attention to the hybrid coywolf beside him. "So, it wouldn't be the wisest choice to take a jaunt over their way, then, eh?" He grinned, speaking of Dahlia's territory. Of course, he had no intention of traversing that land alone, but the idea of its intimidating danger intrigued him. .kesho-spiralstair p {padding:0px 20px 10px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:30px;} .kesho-spiralstair b {color:#FFE8A2;} .kesho-spiralstair-b {width:402px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0px auto;} .kesho-spiralstair-charname {font-family:georgia, serif; color:#FFE8A2; text-shadow:#1C0A00 0px 0px 4px; float: right; margin:5px; text-transform:uppercase; font-size:20px; font-weight:bold; letter-spacing:1px;} .kesho-spiralstair-separator {text-align:center; margin:2px 0px; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010oct/kesho2.png); height:211px; border-width:1px; border-size:1px; border-style: solid none; border-color:#EBDCBB;} .kesho-spiralstair-ooc {font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px; letter-spacing:.4px; font-style:italic; } .kesho-spiralstair {background-color:#CAB482; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010oct/kesho2bg.gif); padding:0px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #EBDCBB; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#766236; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:2px; line-height:12px; width:400px; text-align:justify; } </style>
- Hybrid Holocaust - 11-29-2010

- Kesho Maisha - 11-29-2010
<3 WC: 522 Kesho Maisha
Hearing the news of the old war brought more questions to Kesho's mind, but he allowed most of them to remain there. He seethed with an ache that was near indescribable. If only he had been there, during either, or even both, of those wars. The bronze male sighed outwardly. You would've been killed upon setting foot on that battlefield, Kesho, who are you joking? He knew this wasn't true, his bloodlust had the capacity to be incredibly overpowering. In fact, when he took over was when he became a true monster. This was a state which Kesho hated to be in, but he did love to relish in its glory. That is, when its outcome was a good one for him, in his normal state of mind. Occasionally this wrath had been unleashed at the wrong time, and caused great trouble for him. After the last large incident of that sort, though, he had become much more in control of his own mind; he had forced it upon himself. Kesho's level of morality was flexible, but not to the same extent that his was. He scoffed at the mention of the wolves having taken a mother from them. "Did you kill the fucker that got her? What of her pups?" Kesho was curious. Would these young still be in Inferni? There was so much he was unaware of, and it frustrated him. "I hate that I wasn't here for that." More of a comment to himself, than anything. Kesho scowled; he wished he could ask everything at once, but knew that would just be infuriating to his new acquaintance. Could he call him a friend yet? He thought not. Though at Hybrid's last statement, Kesho's ears perked up and his eyes widened quickly, a grin spreading across his face. He knew it was a horrible idea. He didn't know the first thing about the intensity of the war between these two clans. But perhaps a glance around the area would prove worthwhile. No one said they needed to cause trouble, or even trespass... His eyes narrowed as these ideas passed through his mind, clearly mulling them over. The words Hybrid spoke generated much interest in Kesho; perhaps they were not so dissimilar. "Oh, how I'd love to..." He trailed off, voice conveying a dreamy yet malicious tone. "I don't know how wise of me it would be to indirectly disobey Gabriel already. Despite my slight annoyance at the way Inferni's changed, I refuse to be disloyal." He wondered whether the leader himself had visited the land since the war ended. Surely he had. "I wouldn't want to piss him off, certainly." He respected the hulky leader, if only for the fact that he had carried the clan through it's darkest times. His mass and muscle were quite commanding of respect, as well. Kesho glanced around briefly, if only to be sure they were still alone on the beach. His impatience and curiosity were getting the best of him. "One day, though, I certainly wouldn't mind taking a peek." He added quickly, an eyebrow raised, mischief flashing across his slowly graying face. .kesho-spiralstair p {padding:0px 20px 10px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:30px;} .kesho-spiralstair b {color:#FFE8A2;} .kesho-spiralstair-b {width:402px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0px auto;} .kesho-spiralstair-charname {font-family:georgia, serif; color:#FFE8A2; text-shadow:#1C0A00 0px 0px 4px; float: right; margin:5px; text-transform:uppercase; font-size:20px; font-weight:bold; letter-spacing:1px;} .kesho-spiralstair-separator {text-align:center; margin:2px 0px; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010oct/kesho2.png); height:211px; border-width:1px; border-size:1px; border-style: solid none; border-color:#EBDCBB;} .kesho-spiralstair-ooc {font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px; letter-spacing:.4px; font-style:italic; } .kesho-spiralstair {background-color:#CAB482; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010oct/kesho2bg.gif); padding:0px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #EBDCBB; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#766236; letter-spacing:.3px; word-spacing:2px; line-height:12px; width:400px; text-align:justify; } </style>
- Hybrid Holocaust - 12-11-2010

- Kesho Maisha - 12-13-2010
Shortshort. Wouldn’t want that to happen to you eh," Kesho's eyed widened in surprise. Gabriel killed? "Glad to know you don't want me dead." Kesho gave a quick grin before his features became still. "Killed who?" He had wondered vaguely of Gabriel's capacity to kill. Well, there it was. Kesho had to admit, it was a bit shocking. But who did Gabriel kill? Kesho wondered if speaking the name aloud was some sort of taboo. He hadn't known anything of either war, or how they started. Perhaps this canine whose life Gabriel brought to an end had been the fire starter...Oh, what Kesho had missed. It had been lonely as a wanderer. He wondered now how he'd survived at all, though he couldn't say that he hadn't enjoyed it, sometimes. It certainly would have been more fulfilling to have been here, been engaged in battle, for a purpose...Not just for his own sake. Kesho would give every piece of his being to defend Inferni, despite its mixture of hybrid canines. He had a great desire to learn more of this war, and Hybrid was providing limited--though valued-- information. What were the details? How did it all happen? When, where did it start? How did it end...Gabriel, it seemed, would be best to request these details from. .kesholeaves b {font-weight:bold; color:#c6682a; letter-spacing:1px; } .kesholeaves .ooc { font-style:italic; padding:0px; font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px;} .kesholeaves p {text-indent:25px; padding:5px 10px; margin:0px;} .kesholeaves {margin:0px auto; width:425px; background-color:#DEB671; background-image:url(http://solacerp.net/Orin/Kesho_leaves.png); background-position:top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:0px solid #c56227; border-radius:15px; -moz-border-radius:15px; -webkit-border-radius:15x; padding: 120px 0px 0px 0px; font-family: georgia, sans-serif; font-size:12px; color:#5f3124; line-height:16px; letter-spacing:.5px; text-align:justify;} </style>
- Hybrid Holocaust - 12-13-2010
Yep! But <3! "Haku Soul," came the gruff reply. Instantly Kesho recognized the surname. There had been a Colibri Soul in charge of one of those wolf packs way back when. A certain darkness fell over Kesho's face. "I know that name, Soul..." Kesho said vaguely. He tried to remember any details from that time, but none could come to mind. Perhaps that line hadn't always been so chaotic. "He was the leader of Dahlia de Mai before. He's not anymore. Got chased out. Apparently we have a truce too, fuck," Hybrid snarled. "But that doesn't mean they're not totally off limits," A truce?! With a pack of wolves?! No! screamed the voice in Kesho's head, as he fought to maintain control. The elder coyote gave a low growl himself. No, that was not good. At least he had been taken care of, though. Kesho would have done all his aching joints would have let him to keep that creeper Soul spawn away from here. He could have helped; he sighed. "How did we manage a truce, with all that? Seems like something that would be shaky at best." He paused, musing over this idea. Hybrid seemed to have a particular interest in Dahlia de Mai. "You have a score to settle over that way?" questioned the old man with a smirk, though he did not mean to pry. .kesholeaves b {font-weight:bold; color:#c6682a; letter-spacing:1px; } .kesholeaves .ooc { font-style:italic; padding:0px; font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px;} .kesholeaves p {text-indent:25px; padding:5px 10px; margin:0px;} .kesholeaves {margin:0px auto; width:425px; background-color:#DEB671; background-image:url(http://solacerp.net/Orin/Kesho_leaves.png); background-position:top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:0px solid #c56227; border-radius:15px; -moz-border-radius:15px; -webkit-border-radius:15x; padding: 120px 0px 0px 0px; font-family: georgia, sans-serif; font-size:12px; color:#5f3124; line-height:16px; letter-spacing:.5px; text-align:justify;} </style>
- Hybrid Holocaust - 12-21-2010 No worries 8D

- Kesho Maisha - 12-27-2010
<3 WC: 327 Kesho wondered if Hybrid had picked up on his odd behavior. He hated being this way, and wished that he would just leave him alone--Never, dear Kesho..., he taunted--, though there was a part of Kesho that cherished that vehemently demonic presence. It might just be keeping him alive. “Oh, it’s fucking shaky. But there are no scores for me. They’re all dead and settled.” Hybrid spoke, his words filled with malice. Kesho's eyebrows raised at this statement. Dead and settled, eh? He was sure that Hybrid meant exactly what he said, and Kesho nodded in approval, a grin upon his face. There was no doubt in his mind that this man was perfectly capable of causing death; a quality Kesho admired in his comrades. "Wish I could say the same for mine." he injected, eyes growing dark again as thoughts of the past, of his younger years when he'd been shunned so carelessly; the events which triggered his metamorphosis into the beast he'd become. He knew he'd never be able to return those favors, though, so allowed them to settle in his mind as old and unfulfilled, impossible vendettas. Kesho thought a change of subject might be in order; he was beginning to feel overly reminiscent. He feared these times, for they had the tendency to entrance him-- something he did not enjoy. "You're close to Gabriel, then? Might you share what you know of him?" Kesho's request was simple. He needed to know more about his new leader, the wolf-faced beast that was slowly building Kesho's trust. If Kesho didn't trust Gabriel, what would be the use of staying in this clan, save for Kaena's company? The necessity outweighed his morality, though the beast inside of him raged in constant protest. .kesholeafwall b {font-weight:bold; color:#241204; letter-spacing:1px; } .kesholeafwall .ooc { font-style:italic; padding:0px; font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px;} .kesholeafwall p {text-indent:25px; padding:5px 10px; margin:0px;} .kesholeafwall {margin:0px auto; width:400px; background-color:#8c7760; background-image:url(http://solacerp.net/Orin/Kesho_Leafwall_3.png); background-position:top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:1px solid #36200f; padding: 300px 0px 10px 0px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size:12px; color:#c8b8a1; line-height:16px; letter-spacing:.5px; text-align:justify; text-shadow: 1px 1px 1px #52483e;} </style>
- Hybrid Holocaust - 12-30-2010 Hearts! (304)

- Kesho Maisha - 01-02-2011
Wooo~ WC: 507 Kesho had no ulterior motives in place for gathering information about Gabriel; he was simply curious. True, it was difficult for him to grasp the concept of a even a wolf-looking creature leading this beloved coyote clan-- He's hideous, Kesho. Don't trust him! screamed the voice in his head. Kesho tried hard to ignore it. Everything had changed. He needed to accept that, and move on. They were still strong, very strong. Perhaps even more than before, and their leader had seemed to be worthy. Though the old coyote had yet to have this proven to him by his own scale, both Kaena and Hybrid trusted the man. Kaena's word, to Kesho, was near law. And Hybrid's mannerisms and demeanor caused Kesho's trust of the beast to increase; Hybrid had visions similar to his. Such had been uncommon to see, since Kesho's return. “Gabriel eh, well I’ve known him for two years. Maybe more. I can’t remember. I came across the mountain with ‘m after the fire. He’s led us ever since. He’s pretty solid. Doesn’t say much, but he doesn’t need to. He knows how to play his different roles in the clan.” Hybrid spoke his praise for Gabriel. The man's words sunk into Kesho, and he absorbed them slowly. Gabriel had led them since the fire, brought them through the disaster that could have torn the clan fully apart. For that, at least, Kesho was thankful. Hybrid's praise for Gabriel was not overly exalting, but it was enough to sate Kesho's desire for information, for now. He would need to see the Aquila in action before his trust could be sealed. He chose not to display this sense of mistrust outwardly; any faltering in his loyalty could prove disastrous. And really, his heart clung to this place as a child might cling to it's mother. Physically and mentally, his ties were bound here, and would be forever. If the leadership were to become corrupt, however, that might be a different story... "I see." he stated simply, slight interest emphasizing his words. "I believe he's capable. I'm just stuck in the past," he admitted, with a bit of a defeated expression. "It's hard to come back to a place you once loved to find out that all you knew is different now. I'm...working on accepting it." he spoke with a hint of regret, for the past, for his time in between. He should have just stayed. Kesho felt that Hybrid was trustworthy enough to share his emotions, his doubts and insecurities. He hoped he would not be disproven. The older man hoped that this one might become a friend, or at least, a companion. Someone that understood, that could relate. Kesho could count those close to him on one hand, and at his age, he felt that should change. Everything should change. .kesholeafwall b {font-weight:bold; color:#241204; letter-spacing:1px; } .kesholeafwall .ooc { font-style:italic; padding:0px; font-family:verdana, sans-serif; font-size:11px;} .kesholeafwall p {text-indent:25px; padding:5px 10px; margin:0px;} .kesholeafwall {margin:0px auto; width:400px; background-color:#8c7760; background-image:url(http://solacerp.net/Orin/Kesho_Leafwall_3.png); background-position:top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:1px solid #36200f; padding: 300px 0px 10px 0px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size:12px; color:#c8b8a1; line-height:16px; letter-spacing:.5px; text-align:justify; text-shadow: 1px 1px 1px #52483e;} </style>
- Hybrid Holocaust - 01-02-2011 307.
