- Bris Stormbringer - 11-06-2010 [html] The castle would never be home, but it was the closest thing Bris felt to having one for the time being. Her true home would always be in Dahlia de Mai, but ever since the catastrophic blow-up between herself and Conor, she'd been suffering from a self-imposed feeling of not belonging. The home she shared with Conor and her nephews felt cold and unwelcoming, and the Stormbringer had been spending less and less time there lately. She'd been tied there for awhile of course, as she was the one to feed Gideon's adopted children Melee and Range, but they'd been recently weaned. No longer did Bris have to worry about being back in Dahlia at certain times to nurse the growing puppies, and the white woman found herself avoiding her packmates and home more and more as time went on.
- Conor Soul - 11-06-2010 [html] 300+ Minutes had turned into hours, hours into days. Eventually those days had turned into weeks, and the ache in his heart could no longer be held at bay. The coin coloured male continued to be torn beyond belief about the new life blooming in the Stormbringer woman’s belly, but if you couldn’t fix it, you had to stand it. There was a hole in the world now, and he couldn’t find her. The pale woman with the mismatched eyes had not fled the area, but she had more or less gone missing from his life. He walked around, carrying guilt and sorrow along everywhere. He didn’t wish to lose more than he had to, and he most certainly did not want to lose her. He feared the train had come and gone, but he would fight for what he thought was right. He couldn’t be selfish anymore.
Hours had passed when the male finally stepped into the dark building, guided by a recent trail of scent that belonged to her. The first floor was vacant, he knew, and he followed her delicate perfume blindly now. Up the stairs and down the corridor until he stood outside the room inhabited by her lovely presence. Anger no longer dominated his heart, for more prominent emotions had pushed it away and taken its place. He missed her sorely, and he was too selfish to let her go. Instead, he should try to trust the Stormbringer faerie. Was it not he that made a point not to judge prematurely? He couldn’t turn on his own words. His form hesitated for a moment, but he decided against knocking. He wouldn’t risk anything now that he had finally found her.
These weeks without her had been hard enough on him. Silently, the male pushed the door open and entered the airy room. Perhaps the architecture was lovely, but lilac only saw the pale form of the soul mate he had pushed away. Yes, he was frightened, but he had no right to ask for her to end the life growing within her. She seemed forlorn; lost, and he slowly stepped closer to the lonely form on the bed. No words had been chosen and polished beforehand, but he had always meant that the two of them had connected beyond words. Immerse sadness resided within his orbs as he watched her. He hoped she would be able to forgive him. Anticipation burned within him, and if she wanted to be the one to toss the first stone, then he would willingly bleed for her. .conor-z91 .ooc {font-style:italic; } .conor-z91 p {padding:0px 20px 5px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:35px;} .conor-z91 b {color:#E3B7EA; letter-spacing:-.2px;} .conor-z91 {background-color:#573450; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010j ... orgift.png); background-position:top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; padding:262px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #E3B7EA; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#1B0C18; letter-spacing:.4px; word-spacing:.3px; line-height:16px; width:400px; text-align:justify; border-radius:10px; -moz-border-radius:10px; -webkit-border-radius:10px; } .conor-z91-border {width:402px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0 auto; border-radius:10px; -moz-border-radius:10px; -webkit-border-radius:10px; box-shadow:3px 3px 4px #2A2A2A; -moz-box-shadow:3px 3px 4px #2A2A2A; -webkit-box-shadow:3px 3px 4px #2A2A2A;} </style> - Bris Stormbringer - 11-06-2010 [html] WC: 377 So lost was Bris in her own thoughts that Conor was able to enter her sanctuary without her notice. His movement as he drew closer finally caught her eye, and for a moment, Bris felt her heart stop. The white woman wasn't normally quite so easy to sneak up on, and her hand tightened over her womb as she pressed against the wall. Her startled reaction lasted only a mere moment, however, and she relaxed as she realized just who had snuck up on her. Emotions warred visibly in her eyes as she froze, simply staring at him. He seemed different than he'd been the last time they'd been alone; there was a certain sadness and hints of something more in his beautiful lilac eyes. Though she'd stiffened initially, it was painfully obvious that the alpha of Dahlia de Mai had not sought out his theta with conflict in mind.
- Conor Soul - 11-14-2010 [html] Fail post is fail, sorry<3 Q_Q A new wave of sorrow rolled through his body, but he was relieved to receive such a calm response to his intrusion. He had missed her smile, and cherished it despite the melancholy hue clinging to it. He had hurt her with his words and he truly regretted the suggestion of bringing an end to the life blooming in her belly. He could be angry for her stubbornness, but that was also something he loved about the pale Stormbringer princess. A small hint of a smile was pulling at the corners of his own lips, and the pain of the distance that had existed between them for a while now was vividly displayed even without his approval.
He didn’t want to pretend anymore. ”Bris,” his heart fluttered with the uncertainty that made his existence to painful right now. His feet were suddenly quick to extinguish the distance between the two, but when he reached the bed he slowed down considerably, afraid she would misunderstand his intentions. ”I was a fool,” those were scary words to utter aloud, but he needed her to know. The caramel male settled next to her with his frame facing her lovely form. The swell of her belly surprised him, but he forced his lavender gaze to remain on her face. Again unable to allow the scene to develop slowly, he reached out to embrace her, slowly in case she wished to shy away from this act. .conor-z91 .ooc {font-style:italic; } .conor-z91 p {padding:0px 20px 5px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:35px;} .conor-z91 b {color:#E3B7EA; letter-spacing:-.2px;} .conor-z91 {background-color:#573450; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010j ... orgift.png); background-position:top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; padding:262px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #E3B7EA; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#1B0C18; letter-spacing:.4px; word-spacing:.3px; line-height:16px; width:400px; text-align:justify; border-radius:10px; -moz-border-radius:10px; -webkit-border-radius:10px; } .conor-z91-border {width:402px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0 auto; border-radius:10px; -moz-border-radius:10px; -webkit-border-radius:10px; box-shadow:3px 3px 4px #2A2A2A; -moz-box-shadow:3px 3px 4px #2A2A2A; -webkit-box-shadow:3px 3px 4px #2A2A2A;} </style> - Bris Stormbringer - 11-30-2010 [html] Bris was caught by surprise a bit as Conor seemed to rush to her side. Her heart fluttered as that quiet voice of hope rose up again, but she calmed it as he hesitated at her bedside. Her chest pounded with anticipation as she waited for his response. Would he still suggest an end to the life growing within her, or did he instead come to say he'd accepted it? Eternity hung in the air between the two lovers as they simply lost themselves in one another's eyes.
- Conor Soul - 12-10-2010 [html] <3 She was not at fault here, and it hurt him to hear her say sorry when there was nothing to apologize for in her case. It was wonderful to feel her form cradled against him though. He could feel her wet, hot tears soaking into his warm hued fur as she wept. Fingers brushed through her silky locks. It was wonderful to have her in his arms again, and it was not until this moment that he realized exactly how long it had been since they had been this close. Their relationship had never really had the chance to take off before he had withdrawn and tossed his walls up. Poor Bris had not deserved any of it, but she was still here for him.
His fears back then seemed inane now, especially considering her pregnancy. The worst possible in his world had happened, but he had remembered that he was an individual set on finding solutions instead of obstacles. The life inside the white female’s womb belonged to him as well, and he had to take responsibility for that. Furthermore, he loved this gentle Stormbringer girl more than he had loved anything. The Soul male would never allow idiocy to take over his senses again. Light cream muzzle dug into her soft pelt, drawing in her beautiful scent. It was different than before, maturing with the bloom of motherhood.
”You never did anything wrong,” he simply uttered as he continued to hold on to her. Why had it taken him to long to realize how important this woman was to him? He feared the children of his blood now as he had then, but he wouldn’t give them up. They could do this. .conor-z91 .ooc {font-style:italic; } .conor-z91 p {padding:0px 20px 5px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:35px;} .conor-z91 b {color:#E3B7EA; letter-spacing:-.2px;} .conor-z91 {background-color:#573450; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010j ... orgift.png); background-position:top center; background-repeat:no-repeat; padding:262px 0px 10px 0px; border:1px solid #E3B7EA; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#1B0C18; letter-spacing:.4px; word-spacing:.3px; line-height:16px; width:400px; text-align:justify; border-radius:10px; -moz-border-radius:10px; -webkit-border-radius:10px; } .conor-z91-border {width:402px; border:1px solid #000000; margin:0 auto; border-radius:10px; -moz-border-radius:10px; -webkit-border-radius:10px; box-shadow:3px 3px 4px #2A2A2A; -moz-box-shadow:3px 3px 4px #2A2A2A; -webkit-box-shadow:3px 3px 4px #2A2A2A;} </style> |
