Sepirah yawned as she woke up and stared out to the snow covered land. It seemed to be getting thicker as the days went on. It was days like these that she wished she could just stay here in her home all day, but she was of a higher ranks and had duties to attend to, even if it was just scouting the area for enemies or prey. She raised her figure up and stretched out her limbs before exiting her cave. She padded along in the snow, heading for the borders to do her daily rounds before meddling with her personal section of the day. So far everything was clear. There was no one threatening along the borders, no newcomers, and the one downside of there not being any prey around. She sighed as she continued along until she reached the northern borders. She typically didn’t go past here seeing as it was more mountainous and she didn’t think it would be a good idea to scout this area in the winter. She turned around and began to head back south and head outside the borders, there was one place she wanted to look before she continued on with her day. The dark princess had become accustomed to checking the den she and Caillen shared to see if he was ever there. So far her luck was nit doing so well. He hadn’t come back, but she had hopes that he would one day to see her again, that was of course if he was feeling the same way about her as she was for him. She took a moment to enter the den and bask in the scent of his. She remembered the first rainy day when she met him and led him to this den. It was their special place and meant for only them. She hoped that no one else would find this den and claim it as their own. The jackal let out a soft sigh before emerging from the den and began to head back for the Inferni borders. There was not much else for her to do so she figured she could just go back home and sleep. On the way back, Sepirah paused and looked around. She could have sworn she heard something in the distance. She sniffed around but didn’t pick up any strange scents. Must have been some prey running by. A smirk appeared on the dark princess’ face as she looked around for whatever made the noise. So far she wasn’t having any luck though.
