- Theodore Stone - 02-01-2011
ooc;; sorry guys, should have said! last round, everyone make their exit posts! <33333 The ripping and tearing from behind notified that Larkspur had taken up his offer of the first cut. He could hear the harsh chewing and swallowing necessary when feeding pups- they had soft teeth and werent able to tug at the meat like they were. Of course, now that the deer's belly lay wide open, the coppery blood spilling onto the churned up snow and grass beneath, Teddy could feel his hunger raging in his stomach. He almost turned and snatched the deer back from the black and white man before the other groups antics brought him back to focus. He was very tempted to go and help them- the deer wasnt gving up easy, that was for sure. There were many kicks to the face, the deer lashing out and catching all three of them at some point or another. It reminded him that he had an open flesh wound on his left back leg. It was nothing serious and the cold numbed it. But it did give him an excuse to go and see Demi later. word count;; 618 .theo-d21 .ooc {font-style:italic; } .theo-d21 p {padding:2px 20px; margin:0px; text-indent:35px;} .theo-d21 b {color:#1A2724; letter-spacing:-.2px; } .theo-d21 {background-color:#95C2B8; background-image:url(http://sleepyglow.net/souls/gifts/2010dec/theodore2.png); background-position:bottom center; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:2px solid #000000; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size:12px; color:#486861; letter-spacing:.4px; word-spacing:.3px; line-height:16px; width:450px; text-align:justify; padding:10px 0px 240px 0px; } .theo-d21-border {width:454px; border:1px solid #FFFFFF; margin:0 auto;} </style>
- Alaki - 02-04-2011
Word Count: 244 - Table by James <3 Liev spoke o both he and Nyx, praising them for their work. Alaki huffed, partly in response and partly as he believed such thanks was unnecessary. He was part of the pack now, so was it not his task to participate and assist in such hunts? The thanks simply baffled him. But he did not dwell on the matter, Liev had offered he and Nyx first bite. When offered Nyx refused, on means of having to pick something up. Such an odd one he mused. But, since he was offered first bite and all, he wasn't going to say no. Moving up to the now dead doe he lowered his head and began to take from it what was his share. Once finished with his share he moved back With a now full stomach he looked over two the over group. It seemed that they too had successfully finished and were in the middle of sorting their kill out too. It pleased him to know that his pack mates were capable and efficient hunters. Looking over to Liev her remember the male's wounds. “You may wanna get them checked on when you get back” he commented, seeing no point in asking whether the lighter male was okay; he was still breathing so he'd Liev. “Anyway, i'm done here now” and with that he left the immediate area, heading back towards the caves to catch some rest after burning up so much energy.

Instead, Alaki had just finished feeding, and advised him to tyend for the wounded face. The Russian smiled sheepishly and agreed with s simple nod. He glanced at the other hunting group, and saw both had their share. Theodore took the body of the doe and said he would return to the caves and share it with the rest of the pack. The russian nodded longly in assentment, and made a mental note to do so as well. Their doe was the biggest, and not even the three of them would get barely a half of it. The grayish man followed Alaki with his eyes slowly as he went away. Something about the darker gray warrior made his ears twitch. There was some sort of dark aura around him, like a dark, cloudy sky. And likewise, soon a storm was going to burst out. Not good... Finally, he realized he was staring, and shook his head to empty his mind and let his senses be taken by the dead deer in front of him. All his instincts ruled over, and he was just a wild wolf feeding. He tore meat, smashed bones, reaped skin and spat the annoying fur. Sweet, marvelous meat slipped down his throat easily. Much easier than those fat seals and polar bears him and his pack would be eating at a season like this. Or worse, just tree bark. Once his belly was once again confortably full, he sighed, licked his lips delightfully and stepped back. What a darn mess... Either way, he had boned one of the legs, prefering those better than the belly and all the guts. He looked at those bloody bones, he named each of them as he identified them. Then he remembered to make a new pen, since his other one was getting way too old. He tore of the ligaments and took the animal's ankle. Those were one of the best for these things: strong enough not to break too easily, but soft enough to be easily sculped and molded. He analized the item on his hands, spinning it around, and then nodded to himself, content he wouldn't have to tear off the other leg to get another one. Then, he noticed the soft steps of Nyx, and watched as she approached. "Please help youself. I'll stay a while longer and take the prey back to the caves. We shouldn't waist at a time like this..." He spoke, not really willing to talk about that storm he felt breweing in close to the lands. |
