1. Souls characters aren't allowed to inhabit public buildings like libraries, schools, stores and such but why? Innocent question =)
2. My art is broken! <<<;_;>>> Okay not really broken but has errors. I wanted to use said image as a siggy, but there is a terrible white box behind the nice black fade out. How do I fix this? =( I don't even know what to start with.

1. Where did you get this idea? This is untrue. o_o
2. .jpg images cannot have transparent backgrounds. Only .pngs and .gifs can have transparent backgrounds.

Packs cannot claim territory in the city of Halifax. Individual canines can make their home wherever they want. :o They may live in buildings of any sort if they wish.
