'Anger' didn't really describe how he felt. Not at all. The all consuming rage and fear that he'd felt only a handful of times in his life was not dissipating and it was beginning to make the young Virding feel terribly sick. The stomach churning and utter helplessness of the situation was a bad combination and it did nothing for the male's peace of mind. It was all he ever wanted in his life- to protect his family, to keep them safe. He was a constant worrier, with a bad overactive imagination that allowed him to picture all sorts of horrible scenarios. It did nothing to save Colibri the pain and humiliation of being attacked. His body shook as another wave of anger swept through him. She was family- she may not be blood, but she was part of this pack and more than that, she was family in all ways. #artTXT { font-family:'trebuchet ms', tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px; width:95%; margin:0px auto; line-height:18px; } #artTXT p { text-indent:50px; padding:0; margin:10px 0; } #artTXT p.sieImage { text-align:center; text-indent:0; font-size:11px; font-style:italic; float:left; margin:5px; } #artTXT .txtooc { text-align:left; font-size:12px; font-family:georgia, serif text-transform:none; line-height:16px; font-weight:normal; } #artTXT .txtooc .word { font-weight:bold; font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-style:normal;} #artTXT b { letter-spacing:-.5px; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px; } #artTXT u { text-decoration: underline; } #artTXT b:before { content: open-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } #artTXT b:after { content: close-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } #artTXT b.npc { letter-spacing:.5px; font-style:italic; font-weight:normal; } </style>
- Fritz Earl - 07-17-2012 He was going to go find that idiot Toby or Fang or whatever the hell his name was and either going to bring him to Vinátta for justice or just rip him to pieces with his own two hands. The former probably would be smarter but he really wanted the latter to happen badly. Fritz needed to seek out a leader to inform them of his suspicions and maybe permission to go look for him. Though he might just skip that part. He would just go and search for the dog. He had his weapons with him. His knives were strapped to various parts of his body, his two swords were at his waist, and his two-handed mace was strapped to his back. He was ready for battle and willing to defend his home from anyone that wished them harm. His long strides brought him to the border and he started to patrol it, hoping to catch a leader. As he reached the northeastern borders, he saw the form of their Virding, Saul, whom was just the man Fritz wanted to see. "Hello, Saul. Any troubles at the border?" His eyes swept the landscape in front of him, looking for approaching trouble. - Saul Stormbringer - 07-17-2012
The refreshing water didn't seem to really compute with the male. It was rare, incredibly so, for him to be this mad, this stoic and unreachable. Green eyes, usually alive and dancing, were hardened glints of emerald, unmoveable. The sheer rage that welled in him every time he thought about poor Coli, the mental image of her curled up in Lilin fresh and vivid in his mind, made his body tremble. No amount of running could alleviate the thoughts either and it was frustrating that his most trusted and easiest coping mechanism was not working. The young male straightened out of his awkward position, rolling his neck and shoulders to get rid of some of the tension there. #artTXT { font-family:'trebuchet ms', tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px; width:95%; margin:0px auto; line-height:18px; } #artTXT p { text-indent:50px; padding:0; margin:10px 0; } #artTXT p.sieImage { text-align:center; text-indent:0; font-size:11px; font-style:italic; float:left; margin:5px; } #artTXT .txtooc { text-align:left; font-size:12px; font-family:georgia, serif text-transform:none; line-height:16px; font-weight:normal; } #artTXT .txtooc .word { font-weight:bold; font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-style:normal;} #artTXT b { letter-spacing:-.5px; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px; } #artTXT u { text-decoration: underline; } #artTXT b:before { content: open-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } #artTXT b:after { content: close-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } #artTXT b.npc { letter-spacing:.5px; font-style:italic; font-weight:normal; } </style>
- Fritz Earl - 07-19-2012 OOC: Be glad Fritz is so honest though he might regret being so honest >.> IC: Yes, Fritz was large and couldn’t really sneak up on much, except maybe a deaf person, but that wasn’t part of any of his strategies. His size meant that he could rush into combat without worry about not hurting his foes. Of course, they might just rum at his sheer size or at least pause long enough for him to get first attack on them. So he was hardly surprised that his leader could hear him approach and seemingly know it was him. Saul's answer to his inquiry was good and Fritz nodded. "Let's hope it stays that way." He knew that he should talk about him having a good idea of whom it might be that attack Colibri. But Saul seemed amused by the sight of him fully decked out with weapons and asked if he was going somewhere. He decided to be honest and explain where and why he was going. "To be honest, I was thinking about it. I may know who attacked Colibri. A man fitting that description that goes by the name Toby or Fang attacked my mate a while ago. Apparently Fang is his personality that rapes women. But Toby is nice according to my mate. Last I knew of him, he was by Halifax and was planning on seeing if he was still there. Though I would likely not attack him unless absolutely necessary." He hoped Saul wouldn’t say that he couldn’t go. - Saul Stormbringer - 07-20-2012
The young leader was perhaps glad that the canine who chose to join him was a quiet one. Niernan and Bran were very versatile- they could switch from playful to protective and silent. He knew that they understood the situation very well, but they were also very involved. Niernan knew Coli well and Bran was fond of the female. Fritz, on the other hand, was new to the pack and hadn't yet integrated himself or his mate properly. There was loyalty there though, a willingness to help. He'd seen it three days ago, when Fritz had appeared for just a few short moments before he'd left again, on the trail of Coli's attacker. Fritz may not have known their fallen comrade, but he'd gone anyway. #artTXT { font-family:'trebuchet ms', tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px; width:95%; margin:0px auto; line-height:18px; } #artTXT p { text-indent:50px; padding:0; margin:10px 0; } #artTXT p.sieImage { text-align:center; text-indent:0; font-size:11px; font-style:italic; float:left; margin:5px; } #artTXT .txtooc { text-align:left; font-size:12px; font-family:georgia, serif text-transform:none; line-height:16px; font-weight:normal; } #artTXT .txtooc .word { font-weight:bold; font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-style:normal;} #artTXT b { letter-spacing:-.5px; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px; } #artTXT u { text-decoration: underline; } #artTXT b:before { content: open-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } #artTXT b:after { content: close-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } #artTXT b.npc { letter-spacing:.5px; font-style:italic; font-weight:normal; } </style>
- Fritz Earl - 07-31-2012 Fritz was nothing if not loyal. His loyalty was first and foremost to his mate but his pack would always come an extremely close second. He might not have known the female but she was part of his pack and would be under his protection, just like everyone in Vinátta. The one person that he was more loyal to than his pack and would protect over all others was his mate. Selene was his world and as long as she was safe and happy, so was Fritz. The large dog nodded his spotted head at his leader's words. "I'll be ready to help protect the pack in anyway possible, Saul. This is my home and I mean to keep it and all its members safe from harm, both inward and outward." He knew there was no reason for there to be inward threats but if they were ever there, they could be more disastrous than anything else. His leader seemed amused by his honest answer but surprised as well. Fritz knew that it was rare to hear of multiple personalities but had never known anyone personally with them. "I'll be sure to bring him in. But as to how we can get fang to show up…The only way maybe getting him alone with a female. Though even that might not work. And if we went that route, we should make sure that the female is not actually alone." This was not a suggestion he made lightly nor did he want that to happen but it might be the only way to convince Fang to show up instead of Toby. But that was a bridge to cross when they came to it. - Saul Stormbringer - 08-01-2012
Their quiet conversation had been an enlightening one at best and Saul was at least a little grateful that Fritz had found him with his concerns. Saul always felt as though there were those on the outskirts of the pack, less involved and he was pleased that the male was making an effort. Of course, Fritz' current participation now included hunting down an attacker, but it showed the mans willingness to protect, which in itself was an admirable trait. The dogs next words caused a grateful smile over his lips and Saul nodded, turning to look at him. I appreciate your willingness to protect our home Fritz. He stated simply, one creamy paw aiming to touch the mans shoulder, perhaps giving a small squeeze in appreciation. #artTXT { font-family:'trebuchet ms', tahoma, geneva, sans-serif; font-size:13px; width:95%; margin:0px auto; line-height:18px; } #artTXT p { text-indent:50px; padding:0; margin:10px 0; } #artTXT p.sieImage { text-align:center; text-indent:0; font-size:11px; font-style:italic; float:left; margin:5px; } #artTXT .txtooc { text-align:left; font-size:12px; font-family:georgia, serif text-transform:none; line-height:16px; font-weight:normal; } #artTXT .txtooc .word { font-weight:bold; font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-style:normal;} #artTXT b { letter-spacing:-.5px; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 12px; } #artTXT u { text-decoration: underline; } #artTXT b:before { content: open-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } #artTXT b:after { content: close-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } #artTXT b.npc { letter-spacing:.5px; font-style:italic; font-weight:normal; } </style>
|
