- Dalgina Wolfe-Denahlii - 08-18-2012
out of character Dalgina never went far from the pack. Not anymore. The renewed fear of attack had brought back nightmares from her childhood. Taru and Ovi had done their best to sooth her, but the wolf had been put on edge. Tehu's incessant requests to go hunting had finally worn her down though, and the kestrel was now soaring freely in the sky outside of the pack. Absently she traced her tattoo, wishing that she could feel the courage that she had thought the tattoo would give her. Spotting a rabbit Dalgina whistled, directing Tehu's attention. The kestrel turned, eying the prey. He hovered for a moment, and dived down. The rabbit tried to run, but Tehu was an excellent hunter, and killed it swiftly. Tehu chirped his triumph as Dalgina came to collect, tail swaying. Spotting a black wolf she waved, not recognizing him as she continued along. This trip had been a good idea. She was much more relaxed than she had been before. No worries. <style type="text/css"> .dalummg .space {float:right; height:250px; width:350px;} .dalummg b {font-weight:bold; color:#fffeaf; letter-spacing:1px; text-shadow:#495651 1px 1px 2px;} .dalummg b:before { content: open-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } .dalummg b:after { content: close-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } .dalummg p {padding:5px 15px; margin:0px; text-indent:0px;} .dalummg {margin:0px auto; width:95%; max-width:700px; min-width:500px; background-color:#b9d9cc; background-image:url(http://i.imgur.com/dGkFz.png); background-position:top right; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:1px solid #495651; padding:5px 0px 5px 0px; font-family:georgia; font-size:12px; color:#495651; line-height:16px; border-radius:10px;} .dalummg .ooc {font-style:italic; font-size:11px; text-align:center;} </style>
- Shadowfang - 08-18-2012
- Dalgina Wolfe-Denahlii - 08-18-2012
out of character The giant wolf had stopped his movement, Dalgina's ears flicking back. Her steps were quicker now, wanting to get the kill and head away from the stranger. She was being brave stepping out of the pack after what had happened. Pain had followed Dagina from a young age, though she didn't always know it. The trust she had held had been shattered, and now Dalgina didn't know what to do, trying to live a life that had fallen apart. Picking up the rabbit she held it close to her chest, Tehu fluttering to land on her shoulder. Princess? She didn't know him. Hi. Tehu spread his wings, shouting an insult involving a duck and how he would combine them. Dalgina moved carefully, her steps making barely a sound as she tried to edge around him and start heading for the pack again. She didn't know this wolf, and was afraid that he would hurt her. <style type="text/css"> .dalummg .space {float:right; height:250px; width:350px;} .dalummg b {font-weight:bold; color:#fffeaf; letter-spacing:1px; text-shadow:#495651 1px 1px 2px;} .dalummg b:before { content: open-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } .dalummg b:after { content: close-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } .dalummg p {padding:5px 15px; margin:0px; text-indent:0px;} .dalummg {margin:0px auto; width:95%; max-width:700px; min-width:500px; background-color:#b9d9cc; background-image:url(http://i.imgur.com/dGkFz.png); background-position:top right; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:1px solid #495651; padding:5px 0px 5px 0px; font-family:georgia; font-size:12px; color:#495651; line-height:16px; border-radius:10px;} .dalummg .ooc {font-style:italic; font-size:11px; text-align:center;} </style>
- Shadowfang - 08-18-2012
- Dalgina Wolfe-Denahlii - 08-20-2012
out of character The dead rabbit was clutched closer as her name was spoken by the stranger, wide brown eyes staring. Not know this wolf! Tehu's words were sharp, trying to keep Dalgina safe. She was still rather fragile after what had happened. Tehu hadn't been with Dalgina when they had met before, so he didn't know this dark male, just that Dalgina was afraid. Her eyes widened with recognition at the last part, remembering how excited she'd been when she'd first seen flowers burst forth. Sir Flowerhead. Her voice was soft, smiling shyly over at him. She hadn't remembered right away, but now Dalgina remembered the gentle wolf that had consented to play with the young pup. She had been so tiny and curious, with too many questions. She felt very old in comparison to them. So many things had happened since them. Many of them things that had scarred her mind, and left her afraid. <style type="text/css"> .dalummg .space {float:right; height:250px; width:350px;} .dalummg b {font-weight:bold; color:#fffeaf; letter-spacing:1px; text-shadow:#495651 1px 1px 2px;} .dalummg b:before { content: open-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } .dalummg b:after { content: close-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } .dalummg p {padding:5px 15px; margin:0px; text-indent:0px;} .dalummg {margin:0px auto; width:95%; max-width:700px; min-width:500px; background-color:#b9d9cc; background-image:url(http://i.imgur.com/dGkFz.png); background-position:top right; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:1px solid #495651; padding:5px 0px 5px 0px; font-family:georgia; font-size:12px; color:#495651; line-height:16px; border-radius:10px;} .dalummg .ooc {font-style:italic; font-size:11px; text-align:center;} </style>
- Shadowfang - 08-20-2012
- Dalgina Wolfe-Denahlii - 08-20-2012
out of character The male lit up, smiling at her small glimmer of recognition. It wasn't much of a memory, a very small part of the fragment that she'd kept from when she was a child. Kiara was the dominant figure in those far off memories. She missed the white wolf. Maybe she should go up and see her soon. It would be nice to see her, find out how the puppies were doing. She should do that soon. As soon as she got the courage to leave the pack and feel safe about it. Giggling Dalgina shook her head. Both names were pretty bad in her mind. How young had she been to come up with something as silly as that? Her eyes widened at his words. He'd understood what Tehu had said? Not many did. That's why he got away with saying so many of those things. Shaking her head she started walking towards the pack once more, Tehu shouting Fawkes' dirty words now, the ones she'd been told to never repeat. Looked like she'd have to ask Taru how to make Tehu stop saying that stuff. <style type="text/css"> .dalummg .space {float:right; height:250px; width:350px;} .dalummg b {font-weight:bold; color:#fffeaf; letter-spacing:1px; text-shadow:#495651 1px 1px 2px;} .dalummg b:before { content: open-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } .dalummg b:after { content: close-quote; font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 15px; } .dalummg p {padding:5px 15px; margin:0px; text-indent:0px;} .dalummg {margin:0px auto; width:95%; max-width:700px; min-width:500px; background-color:#b9d9cc; background-image:url(http://i.imgur.com/dGkFz.png); background-position:top right; background-repeat:no-repeat; border:1px solid #495651; padding:5px 0px 5px 0px; font-family:georgia; font-size:12px; color:#495651; line-height:16px; border-radius:10px;} .dalummg .ooc {font-style:italic; font-size:11px; text-align:center;} </style>
- Shadowfang - 08-20-2012
- Dalgina Wolfe-Denahlii - 08-23-2012 Dalgina returned quietly to the pack, trying to push out the strange meeting from her mind. She didn't quite remember him, the memory of the game fuzzy. The trusting nature she'd held back then was completely shattered now. It had been fun, when she was a child. That was a long time ago though. Now she was an adult, and had to face reality. Where family wasn't forever, and a single instant could change everything. Tehu chirped in her ear, trying to talk to her, as she slowly returned to Taru's home, ready to snuggle into her arms and let all her fears be washed away. |
