- Gabriel de le Poer - 08-23-2008 [html] Lol meeting. Non-mandatory, though it would be awesome for us all to post. Please allow Anselm to reply first and then you guys can go--we'll do one or two rounds. All characters are assembled, though Ahemait is absent so assume she didn't say anything.
indent The doggish hybrid had spoken to his daughter and then with Marlowe. While the raven was not a part of their war, he was astute and sharper then Gabriel had originally given him credit for. He agreed to keep and eye on the pack to the south, and to stay on the lookout for the chocolate male Gabriel had described, and a coyote matching his half-brother’s description. Now, though, he had more pressing matters to deal with. Making his way to what had served as the first meeting spot at their formation, Gabriel sat on a high, flat rock, and called for the clan. indent He was surprised, mildly by their amount. Of course, they had lost several members, but those here gave him great confidence. Those who were not yet ready for what had come (and would very likely come again) had powerful teachers. Once they had settled, he began speaking. “As of today, no Inferni member is to go to Dahlia de Mai. Our fight with them is over. Do not engage them unless they come after you first—and if you do fight them, don’t leave a trail back here.” Pausing, he shot Asphyxia a pointed look, and then continued. “Also, a coyote who was exiled from our clan has been seen in the area. He answers to the name of Andrezej. If you find him, you are to kill him on sight; failing that, bring him to me so he can answer for his crimes.” Those unnamed, though oh so visible now. The hybrid spared a glance to Anselm, asking him silently if he had anything else to add. - Anselm de le Poer - 08-23-2008 [html]
- Corona Lykoi - 08-23-2008 *insert groggy my-phone-woke-me-so-now-what post* [html] http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj31 ... a/ctop.png); background-color: #74693D; background-position: top center; background-repeat: no-repeat;"> _____The meeting had been something she was expecting. With Talitha back and safe in behind their walls and doors, they certainly had little reason to interfere with Dahlia de Mai. Even at that, Corona had never had intentions of going there in the first place, but now she at least had another reason to add the why nots. It was however, what Anselm said that struck a chord in her. She had been there and she had been up and close with those that had been sick, but she had also done well to ensure that she didn't pick up whatever they had. It was a new problem, but something she would worry about for the time being; something she could easily keep a straight face about. _____Andrezej, on the other hand, she had met once before. Though he had been a child then, she could see how very easily he had probably gotten himself pitched out. Vitium had managed get the job done and she was sure there were countless others in the past that had found themselves in the same place. But what had to be done, had to be done, and she let her gaze pass between her leading relatives in silence if only to express that she understood. - Talitha de le Poer - 08-24-2008 [html]<style type="text/css"> .talithatempakumu strong {color:white;} </style> http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj31 ... ttable.png); background-position: bottom center; background-repeat: no-repeat;"> She was silent as her father, and then Anselm, spoke. She only had to think about it for a moment to decide that this Esper Hollow sounded a lot like the band that Laurel had told her about, but she didn't really have the desire to consider it too much. She sat cross-legged on the ground, her eyes going between the two leaders curiously, though only a little of her health and liveliness had returned to her gaze. It was enough to have her eating again, although not quite as much or as often as she had before ever being taken hostage. That had done a great deal to her as well, and she knew she'd probably have been dead by now if Haku had ever mistreated her during the whole ordeal. She flinched and her ears twitched back hesitantly at Andrezej's name, but she didn't whimper like she normally would. The whole clan was here, and she didn't want everybody to know what had happened, even though it wasn't hard to guess. The only other person she wanted to tell now that her father and Corona both knew was her mother, but Faolin was far from there. She wasn't going to come back to such a broken daughter; by the time her mother returned, Talitha hoped to be almost herself again. It seemed like an impossible task, but she had the help of a more than amazing family behind her. She could do it, as surely as Gabriel had called this meeting. - Samael Lykoi - 08-24-2008 [html] Quietly, Samael stood at the edge of the mass, watching and waiting to see what purpose they had all been assembled for. Gabriel began to speak and ears twisted forward, gaze turning on his half-brother. So the war was over. No longer were Inferni and Dahlia de Mai fighting with each other. It was the second piece of information that piqued his interest more. Faintest smirk, almost a flash before it was gone dawned on the prince's face. Andre was back. And there was a death sentence on his head. Foolish boy. He was outside of the Lykoi's respect and protection, and thus would die. No longer was the boy in Kaena's shadow, out of reach of Samael's murderous ways. He'd wanted to slay his younger siblings the moment they were born for stealing his mother away, but he didn't. He was loyal to her, and she loved her children. He was torn between selfish desire and affection for the woman who bore him. Yet irony prevailed, for while Andrezej was open for killing, he no longer held his mother's adoring eye. Crimes Gabriel mentioned. Crimes of a nature to warrant the ending of his existence. How lovely. - Hybrid Holocaust - 08-24-2008 [html]
I'm going to post now, but skip over me if it's my turn and I'm not back from absence yet. i heard they say the boy's missing So it was over. He supposed that all (good) things had to come to an end, but the finality of this was a bit stifling. Although there would always be one or two wolves who wandered into Inferni, thinking they owned the place, it wasn't the same. The feeling, the intensity, the spirit-- it was all gone. Gabriel's next statement, however, made Hybrid feel a bit better. So Andrezej was back? Finally, maybe Hybrid would be able to kill the bastard once and for all. The little coward had gotten away the first two times, but Hybrid wouldn't let it happen again. Now that Gabriel had ordered it, Hybrid would be able to hunt down the boy and finally give him what he needed: death. It wasn't that he deserved it, even. It was his birth right. The one thing he was guaranteed, the moment he decided to fuck around with Hybrid, was death. He would kill him. Oh, fuck, he would do it (DO IT), finally. Anselm's words were virtually meaningless now. He had other things to do, to plan! He would simply hunt for Andrezej elsewhere. Nowhere near the diseased pack or the potentially hostile pack. Oh, fuck, it would be brilliant, he would kill him, KILL HIM. He didn't care why, but he would. - Sirius Revlis - 08-26-2008 [html]

- Gabriel de le Poer - 09-02-2008 [html] You are all welcome to reply again, though I'll be closing this topic tomorrow. :] Tanks for taking part, guys!
indent With that, everything seemed to be wrapped up. Gabriel looked to the young hybrid, frowned slightly at the faint familiarity in his face, and then spoke. “A seizure makes the person shake and fall down,” he explained in childish terms. “For the time being, avoid anyone who is sick, though.” His eyes glanced up as Asphyxia back away and left, and in his secret heart, he knew she wasn’t coming back. It didn’t matter, though. She didn’t belong here anymore. Rising to his feet, the hybrid made his way off in the opposite direction, heading towards the borders. - Anselm de le Poer - 09-03-2008 [html]
- Hybrid Holocaust - 09-09-2008 [html] i heard they say the boy's missing A sickness; how fun, Hybrid thought to himself, an amused smile gracing his lips for a moment. Once the younger coyote/wolf thing began to speak, Hybrid heard the implications of Anselm's later words, realized what they had said. A sickness, a disease to infect and spread. How... quaint. The boy's questioning prompted him to mull over Anselm's words for a moment, then coming to realize that if there was some sort of sickness hanging around another pack or clan, it would be best not to go near it. It wasn't like Hybrid strayed too far from Inferni's borders anyways-- there always seemed to be some need for him to stay close enough to ensure no wolves wandered in. After the boy spoke, Hybrid noticed a flicker of movement, then noticing the absence of a member. There had been someone sitting a short distance away from him a few moments ago, but he had not noticed their arrival to begin with, so their departure was irrelevant. He turned a lazy eye to Gabriel as he explained what a seizure was, intrigued and bored at the same time. He had seen someone suffer from a seizure before, and he recalled the situation with ease, for it had been quite humorous. He smirked, thinking of this, wondering if he might get to see something like it again. Perhaps, if he was lucky, he might. He glanced over at Anselm, tilting his head slightly as he saw the other male leave. He felt himself shrug mentally, and glanced over to where Gabriel was. With that, he took his leave, heading back to the borders to hunt for wolves. |
