The girl ran into what had once been the sowing field. Some plants were small and some seemed to climb further up towards the brilliant sky. The flowers were the usual dandelions, exploded out from the seeds that Noir had mixed in together with the rest of the seeds that she and Ocèane had been told to sow. This made that sorrowful thoughts to enter her mind, as they usually did these days. Where was Ocèane? All of a sudden she had just disappeared, and the light tan girl, like the rest of the Aston family, was worried about what had happened. At least Ocèane had brought her kitty spirit guide with her, but Noir was very worried about the whereabouts of her sister. Kinigisdi came from nowhere and settled on the growing girl’s head, and she shook it slowly, although making sure the head shaking would not be brutal enough to throw the brilliantly blue coloured bird off.
Now when Noir Aston had realized exactly what the little bird was, she felt much more comfortable around it. For a little while, she had tried to boss it around like she had seen Attila do with his, but the bird took no orders from anyone. Quite often the bird would sing at Noir’s request, but it was settled that Kinigisdi was no servant or pet, merely a guide and a companion in Noir’s life. The puppy had not accepted this completely yet, but she was trying her best to behave nicely. After all, it was hard to remember that it was not only a bird. Well out of sight in the field, among potatoes, flowers and other vegetables: Noir started to shake her bum rhythmically. She had investigated some more about the culture of her tribe. Lately there had been so much rain, so Noir had decided to be of help for once and do a 'sun' dance, both to celebrate the good looks of the crops (they made her happy, so she had decided to dance for them too), but also to dance for the sun in an attempt to make it happy and shine properly like it should. - Susquehanna - 07-27-2009 [html] style="padding: 0px; position: relative; right: 90px; top: 95px; width: 260px; height: 280px; z-index: 2; overflow: auto;"> Here we go! Sorry, I've been helping develop a character for a friend. Hanna had been looking around this new area, as far west as she'd ever been, ever dreamed of being. She'd wandered around a chain-link perimeter, away to the north, and then happened upon a huge field filled to the brim with growing life. Despite the caveat of the scent-lines, the woman couldn't help but immerse herself into the burgeoning life. While Hanna had never really planted her own garden, had not looked for the seeds to do so, Spring and Summer had always been her favorite seasons because of all the new growth. They were the best seasons to find and collect her medical supplies, the different plants she needed to care for herself and others.

The girl’s odd dance faltered a bit when a black form approached slowly. For a moment the girl bluntly assumed it was Ember, but as the adult came closer it was revealed that this was someone that Noir did not know at all. The young wolf’s movements ceased and the smile slowly faded away. Dawali had promised that the puppy eater was dead, but the girl still felt somewhat anxious when she met complete strangers, especially when they were trespassers coming into Aniwaya territory. Blonde ears folded backwards in quiet disapproval of the interruption of her lovely dance, but the girl stayed quiet. The woman said hello to her, and those golden orbs slowly sized up the larger adult. Brennt had not said hello, so perhaps this was a good adult. The girl felt annoyed because of her automatic assumption of that trespassers were mean. Brennt was dead and she was not really a tiny puppy any longer either. The woman had said hi, and had been careful when she had entered the scene. She was probably a good person.
The child’s tail, which had been strangely still during this time, started to move again, slowly building up to its previous speed. ”I’m dancing and celebrating and I want the sun to come out, you must dance too, or else it will not work.” There was a serious tone in the girl’s light voice. She had come to meet Noir because this dance was important. Why else could she be in the middle of the sowing field?! Noir slowly starting to move again, turned around and shook her bum at the woman, showing the adult how to dance. ”I am Noir, dance dance dance!” the girl added merrily, that smile back on her lips. Perhaps it was only male trespassers that ate puppies. Either way, Noir had decided that this woman was okay, but only if she danced along. If not, then the puppy would grow suspicious. - Susquehanna - 08-02-2009 [html] style="padding: 0px; position: relative; right: 90px; top: 95px; width: 260px; height: 280px; z-index: 2; overflow: auto;"> Sorry about this. >.< Word count: 218, worth 0 points The girl went absolutely perfectly still for several moments, her eyes taking Hanna in. Hanna had not known of Brennt; if she had she would probably have been more wary in approaching Noir for fear of scaring her. She said nothing as the girl took her in, her little ears folding back against her head. The dark woman was relieved when Noir seemed to accept her. Her tail started waving and then she spoke to Hanna, explaining what she was doing.

The girl had no need for the adult’s name. Not now. Noir had been born into Aniwaya and its culture, but seemed to fail more often than not on recognizing and understanding how they lived. This was some of the few things she could understand and it was even loads of fun. Fun things were important, so therefore this was important. Golden eyes peeked every now and then up to the heavy sky in search for those golden rays, really expecting the sun to break through the thick veil of those threatening rain clouds that seemed ready to start their weeping every moment now. Glances were also thrown in the black adult’s direction, and she instantly felt jealous of the optime ability to swing ones hips. Uncle Ho did that a lot too, and Noir really wanted to learn to shake those hips as well!
The adult wondered if what she did was right, and Noir turned around to start to ‘dance’ backwards while watching the adult. ”Is super dancing because you have two legs and shake bum in a pretty way!” the girl excitedly said, wondering when she would be able to shift to her optime form. It seemed there was no how-to-shift guides around. She had been told it would just happen one day, but thought that day could come now soon. The dancing woman was Hanna. ”Hi Hanna, is fun to dance for plants yes?” The blonde girl with the golden eyes started to bounce around the dancing woman, shaking her bum everywhere (because she was still dancing). ”Dance dance dance, dance more!” They would force the sun to come forth! - Susquehanna - 09-01-2009 [html]

The woman seemed to understand. Noir also realized that it was double fun dancing together with someone else. Alone could be fun, but not half as fun as with someone else. It did not matter much if she did not know this woman or not. Once she fully reminded herself that the new people she met were nothing like Brennt, she was no better than a small child. Yes, Noir still was a young child in mind. She truly believed that the sun would come out any moment now. Golden eyes rose up to the clouded sky every few seconds to check if the sun was coming forth. It made it seem like it was a part Noir’s dance move. When Hanna started to dance again after talking she started to splat mud all over the place. Noir laughed and attempted to do the same, trotting down around in the rather muddy ground.
It was fun, but it was probably not good for the crop. Maybe it was time to stop dancing for now. ”Maybe enough dance.” Eyes sought after the sun. It was most likely only her imagination, but the sky definitely looked a little bit brighter. ”It worked, yay!” the girl squeaked as she started to run out from the centre of the crops. She continued her odd dancing when she had ventured out from the tall plants. - Susquehanna - 09-11-2009 [html]
