Okie, short post to wrap it up ^^ 300+
She trusted that her parents would accept her, and her brother and sister as well, but beyond that she wasn't sure. If the pack knew about Anu and Colibri and accepted them then perhaps everyone in the pack was okay with such relationships. Cambria hoped that that would be the case. The rest of the world she could handle, but if she wouldn't be accepted here in Crimson Dreams that would be awful. The girl never had and likely never would entertain the idea of leaving her birth pack for anywhere else. She loved it here and couldn't understand why anyone would want to leave to go somewhere else. The Marino had never heard any disapproving whispers about Anu's preference for partners and so she figured it was safe to assume that they would accept her as well. Chances were that even after she told her parents though that she wouldn't walk around announcing the fact she liked girls. It just wasn't something she could see herself doing.
As Anu confirmed again that she believed Cambria would find someone to love and lover her in return she smiled shyly up at the Lt. General. "Thank you Anu, for everything." Not only for believing she would find someone but for helping her through this in the first place. The girl honestly wasn't sure who else she would have talked to about her confusion and could see now how important it was to have spoken about it. If she had just kept it all inside it probably would have driven her crazy or forced her into some state of denial. Anu had been there for her though, as she always had been, and Cambria knew she would never be able to thank her enough for the countless times the woman had helped her.
