I'm a little confused by one thing in your post--are you trying to join as a lone wolf? If so, this is the wrong forum for that! No big deal, though--I can move your post for you. If this is the case, would you do me a favor and send me a PM to let me know? I'll then move your post to the proper forum.
If I am mistaken and you do wish to join Inferni, we only allow canines with one quarter (25%) coyote percentage or above to join the clan. You can edit your character to to make this the case, if you want--nobody will mind. If you wanted to continue playing a whole-blooded wolf, however, you'd have to consider one of the other packs or lone wolf to join. ^_^
