Valinta asked, not knowing who he or she was. What's so special about them? she asked confusedly. The little female had been in the pack for only a little time -- she had not met the alpha, only Skye, and didn't know that she sat next to him, or that he was even around, for that matter. She just wanted the woman to make the pretty sound again, and she wasn't. Valinta didn't want to whine or seem like an annoying brat, but she was dangerously close. Please forget about Shawchert, she begged. Please make that sound again!
