She felt the pain before she was fully conscious and it brought her out of her state quickly, eyes snapping open. "AHHH!" What was that?! Where was the pain coming from? Blood had congealed around the cuts, helping to stop the blood flow, but the tequila was cleaning them out very well. Some blood started to flow anew from the slices, dripping down her arm along with the alcohol.
"What is that?!" She demanded, trying to pull her arm back and away from him. What was he doing to her that made her hurt THAT badly? She stared at the bottle, unsure of exactly what it was. Some medicine? Ember couldn't quite see the label from her position.
