The coywolf followed the larger male inside, somewhat bummed there were no stragglers who took shelter in the place. The craftsman could have gone to bed that night with more than just a repaired house. However, his joy was replaced by the fact that they had found a building with things that would help with home repairs. The scent inside the area was musty, to say the least, and the male kept the door open behind him as he followed Shawchert. The sunlight streamed into the place, but also aired the stench out.

Bangle wasn't sure what a lot of these things were that he saw before him. Perfectly good trees shaved down by.. who knows what.. then tacked together by hard, round pegs to make homes. Strange, strange creatures humans must have been. Shaking his head, the coywolf nearly forgot Shaw being there, who looked around excitably. The coyote mix had barely caught the larger male's words, blinking in his direction. "...we need to make sure it’s dry and doesn’t have any mold on it though." "What? Oh, right." He said rather distractedly, heading over to where the other stood and looked at the wood before them. Bangle knelt down, feeling the planks of wood for any sign of moisture or otherwise.

"Looks like the few 'ere are good, couple o'er there are a lil' wet behind th' ears," the traveler chuckled, picking up the handful of planks that were useful. He turned to look over at Shaw, hearing the floorboards squeak from under him. The wide ears atop his head twitched curiously. "What ever made ya want t'be a carpenter, friend?" Bangle could never understand why wolves wanted to pick up where humans left off, but he had to respect it for its majesty. It was art, after all.
