A house to call a home.

I've been around the world, in the pourin' rain..

ooc: 389 words.

The coywolf's orange-yellow eyes swept over the expanse of the house, his house, rather. Holes and tearing on the right walls were what needed fixing the most. The oak on the left protected most of the other side, making it look like the abode itself was two-faced. Bangle grinned, he rather liked it, but the holes definitely needed to be patched up. The salesman wasn't looking to make it look aesthetically pleasing - hell, what he did and what he wore didn't look much a beautiful sight, either. It was how the male liked it, who was he trying to impress? Well, customers maybe, but that wasn't the point.

Bits of bone tied within in dreadlocks shook almost eerily as the traveling salesman nodded at the larger male. The roof itself wasn't immediate, and Shawchert could see that. If it rained, Bangle would merely just put a bowl or two down to stop the leaks. If birds flew in, well... knowing Bangle, no one would need to hear the end result of that one. 'If you could get the nails and hammer?' He heard, seemingly from a distance. Bangle blinked his bright eyes, and noticed Shawchert some ways away from him now. "Ya got it, chief!" He said to the large male as he walked over to the front porch and scooped them up.

He followed the male around to the side of the house, and Bangle even noticed some spots he hadn't when inspecting the walls earlier. Odd colored things grew around the sides where holes were evident, possibly a long gathering of different weather patterns gone by. Wood bent in odd angles and jutted out in others, and Bangle's own brow quirked at the wreck of a scene. How the carpenter was going to do this, he had no idea.

Glancing up at the large carpenter, who asked him a question, Bangle attempted to keep a straight face and nodded. "Only a couple'a times.." he said, pausing for effect. And then: "Then I left 'em wantin' more!" He nudged Shaw's side as Bangle erupted into a cackle. It couldn't be helped. When his roaring descended to a mere chuckle, he nodded. "Naw, in all seriousness now. I 'ave, only not som'n.." He trailed off, looking up as far as he could along the wall. "..quite this large."
