Mati lay against their bed, on her back and sank into the soft mattress. There were not many moments where she thought of the times when the bed had been hers and hers alone. It was in her nature to look to the past, to think of her mistakes and ponder over them with judgment. But she did not want to ever think of a time without the Marino female. No, that was a world away and Dreamer wanted no more then to look forward, with a single woman beside her. The dark chocolate wolfess was her dearest friend, she was her lover and the one she trusted most. There was no other life she would ever rather have but this one. Mati couldn't have been more content.
She laughed as she saw the beautiful face leaned over hers, words teasing and jesting just as she had. Mati kissed her back, deeply though for only a prolonged second. For making me so tired! And I was trying to get up and start the day... She trailed with a fake little huff at the end of her sentence. Violet eyes even participated with a small roll upwards. They returned to look at her sea green, a smile coming back to her face and lips moving forward to steal yet another kiss.
