It was a fine day, Shaw thought, out and about, helping packmates, and now playing music. He looked at the man’s lute as he pulled it out and couldn’t help but grin at the colors it held. There was some pack pride in that lute, and it made Shaw feel even more proud of his pack, and he couldn’t have done it without his pack mates. He played, listening as the coy wolf added his own tune in. it was a good play, and he felt even more refreshed than he would have just eating when they were finished. He lingered for a little while, letting the music seep into his soul before he stood up.

Ah back to work, think we have enough time to finish, even if we don’t have an army.

He said, and got up, he found an old ladder that would reach up to the roof and climbed it, asking Bangle to help him by giving him the items he needed. The roof wasn’t as bad as he thought it would be, there were a few holes to patch up, but that was easy enough to make it look even stranger with blocks of wood scattered over the roof, but at least Bangle would be dry in his own house. Once he was done, he pulled himself off the roof and grinned happily.

Was there anything else we need to do?

He asked wiping his hands off freeing the dirt and woodchips and whatever else that was up there. He wasn’t sure if there was anymore of what Bangle said he needed, but if Shaw had anything to do about it, he would surely have burned this place down and built a new one. It seemed that Bangle liked it this way so Shaw would not argue, the foundation was still sturdy enough to keep Bangle from falling through the floor, or the house actually toppling onto him, even though it didn’t look like it.
