It's too bad

Cer’s ears twitched at the words Colibri spoke. Knew what he was capable of? What was he capable of? Cercelee had her doubts about her cousin, but they weren’t as grave or dark as perhaps reality was. Shooting a look at Haku, her navy eyes narrowed, as if to say once again ”Where’s Coli?”, the female turned back to Colibri. If he was to wreck havoc on the pack, they weren’t strong enough in numbers to withstand much. They might crumble. That would not happen, Cercelee would not let it. Turning her eyes to Colibri, Cercelee wondered why, if Colibri was so against her son’s presence, she did not turn him out now. Maybe she couldn’t after all.

Haku continued to speak, and he seemingly ignored both her and Colibri, although he had certainly heard them. Although he was in no position of authority, he had a point. Mew was vulnerable, in fact most of them were. Cer could care for herself, she could lead a pack but she couldn’t really protect the others. Slay was their only male, the only one with muscle, and how could he keep tabs on the other four? If trouble was brewing because of Mew’s encounter, they would need strength than what they had, but why did Haku expect it to come from him? Navy eyes turned to Colibri once more, to see if she would resolve this family matter. Cercelee kept her mouth shut.
