But it was true that he was all alone right now. He had left his puppy behind to do whatever it was that Janos did whenever Bastion wasn't around. He didn't dictate the other's life entirely. His puppy knew what was allowed and what wasn't. He trusted that the other wouldn't do something that wasn't allowed. After all Janos had proven himself to be a useful, loyal, obedient servant. And that was pretty much the sum of the relationship. Bastion owned the other male and his word was law. And for being such the perfect slave Janos was awarded with small bits of freedom such as he was experiencing now with Bastion out of the area.
Happiness alighted upon his face as the other came over to help him. He was glad his silent plea hadn't gone unheeded. Of course the boy adored any certain of attention that he could get. That was how he started upon his current way of life. His parents had ignored him until he started doing things that were naturally seen as wrong to most. It was only then that his parents paid attention to him even if it was just to fuss at him. Still, he learned the way to get attention and employed it. And it seemed that being hurt would gain him the attention of this other fellow.
He watched as the other male check his pouches, having tilted his head to the side as he watched. He wasn't certain what the other was doing or just what it was that he was after but he figured that he would find out soon enough. After all the other had come over to look at his hand and help him it seemed. And that thought was reaffirmed once the other male had finally spoken to him. Yes, the other was doing all of this to help him, or so it seemed. Who knew, the other might actually choose to make the injury worse instead. Only time would tell just which was the truth.
The young male nodded his head and placed his hand down into the other's hand. "Hurts..." He spoke quietly and gave a soft whine. "You fix? Make all better?" He looked and sounded pitiful with his clipped out words. Sure, he could speak in full sentences when he to. That just tended not to happen until he was partaking in some activities that weren't to be understood by the masses. Full sentences were needed during blessings for them to work and those were generally the only time that he didn't present sectional statements and inquiries. |
