She gave him a guarded smile. I'll just shift down, so it's less awkward for us to talk. With that she began the gradual shifting process. Hair and fur shortened. Features changed positions. She fell to all four as her legs and arms shortened, and paws became hands.
After about 15 minutes, she smiled, though her knees felt a bit weak. She wasnt overly used to shifting in front of folks. Ready?
