Axelle watched Alaki silently, without saying a word as of yet. The brute muttered loudly to himself, probably wanting her to hear him, but not wanting to say it directly to her. That’s okay. She knew it was for ‘dramatic effect’. No matter what mind games he tried on her, she would not give up J’adore’s name. Maybe another one, but not J’adore’s. Harlowe. Yeah, he was a good one. She wanted revenge on him, anyway.

Next time he asked, that’s the one she would give out. Harlowe D’Angelo.

His next statement didn’t bother her. It was true, and she knew it. So did he. Moment of truth, really.

Not many. I just heard about you, and you sounded interesting. That’s all.

Shit. That was too easy. She had to add more.

Aah, maybe too much was said. In her mind, there was an evil smirk, but on her face there was nothing.

There was too much at stake to say what she had already forgotten. What was it she was going to say anyway? She put her thinking face on for a moment and thought hard on the subject. Then she gave up. She’d truly forgotten. What a tragedy.

The brute before her began to get slightly happier. Interesting. Mood swings, here we go. This should be appealing now. Eating children? Did he really? She shrugged her shoulders, and feeling a kink somewhere in there, she rolled them making several cracking noises before standing on her four legs. She decided to shift into Optime, and within a few minutes she was a lot taller and interestingly colored than before. Same colors, but split in half a better way now.

It was time for a proper introduction. She wasn’t going to tell him who informed her of him, but she would tell him her real name. She walked closer to him, but still kept a distance. Maybe after his reaction to that, she would tell him her real name.
