Under a Killing Moon

Whether or not he knew it, the other male had brought back the feeling of danger that Jasper had often felt when he was away from Clouded Tears back when he lived in Bleeding Souls. He'd gotten over those feelings, at least for the most part, and found it easier to go and search the lands. Sure, he often tried to stay places where there was very little traffic, but the fact that he was even doing that impressed himself. That confident feeling was long gone now though, whether Jasper knew it or not, and it would likely not return for some time, if he even manage to make it away from the beach alive. He couldn't look at the face of the older male, not directly at it anyways, instead his eyes wandered frantically, down the beach, up the beach, at the legs and arms of the creature.

It wasn't until the glint of the necklace caught his eyes that he bothered to look higher, staring at the necklace a moment, searching through his memory. It was beginning to make sense, however slow, and as he sat there Jasper put the pieces together. The eyes, the coat color, and the necklace, all of it aided Jasper in recalling who the male was. "Gabriel?" He questioned quietly, perhaps even more frightened by the prospect that it was actually his half-brother and not just some stranger. He was almost certain he wouldn't make it out alive.
