She should have expected his displeasure as she spilled words out into the air carelessly. Hybrid had never really been the type to just sit and take opinions; as far as she'd seen, he preferred to leave than explain his own position, and she couldn't fault him for that. It was uncomfortable. It was awkward. And so was the situation she'd dragged him into. As he gravitated away from her, she was unsurprised, though it didn't make her turn her ears off.

A sigh escaped her and she rose to unsteady feet. "Right. Right." What was right? Hybrid? Well, that was foolish; she would have never agreed, had she been in a better mind. Of course, she wasn't. Her thoughts sloshed around with the alcohol present and just as her uncle was taking leave of the scene, she felt it was time for her to as well. Silence overtook her as large feet carried her through the forest, far away from the rest of the clan.
