The aura she exuded was positively glowing, simply radiant. From that bright face to that merry wave and swaying tail, her body language emanated cheer and good will. The boy gravitated to that sort of energy like a moth to the flame. Life was too short to waste on the bitter and resentful, too wonderful to stagnate with the miserable and downtrodden. No—he had neither patience nor desire for the ugly souls of the world and their company, but he already knew hers was beautiful. And as he drew nearer, he realised that excellence bubbled up from within to penetrate the surface, too.
The Patrician's moonlight yellow eyes traced the curves of her body quickly and subtly, never lingering anywhere very long. Coyote blood ran thick in her veins, granting her a petite and feminine build overall. Thick, chestnut locks cascaded down her back and framed the youthful features of her face. Even stoned and bloodshot, her golden eyes seemed vibrant and expressive. Her oversized ears were cute and endearing; that splash of red on her pointed muzzle was somehow familiar, but his recollection of the day he met her father was hazy at best.
“Well hey there, Sunshine,” he greeted when they were very near, with his tail swaying coyly. “Your presence is quite magnetic, you know,” he added, “drew me in from all the way out from Crimson Dreams.” Bold and flirtatious perhaps, but his tone was playful and light. And yes, the smoke that curled away from her smouldering joint was a big part of it, but he still would've bugged off if it seemed like whoever was in a bad mood. As it stood, he felt he would have enjoyed her company regardless of whether or not she was smoking his favourite herb. What could he say? He was a chill guy and he liked laid back folks, especially pretty women.
