Road trip! WC: 427
--------------------------------------------------------

The upcoming trip was an anxious one, and Bangle found he could hardly sleep the night before. It was partially due to the very first pack trip in the caravan, but when the coywolf informed his rambunctious children that they'd be coming along.. the day just didn't seem to come fast enough. By the time morning did come around, the craftsman found he was already packed, from satchel to things dangling on his waist belt.

It was a good thing he was ready too, for when daylight awoke Erzulie had come bounding onto their bed yelping with joy. "Car'van! Car'van!" She yipped, staring into Bangle's sleepy face with her haunting yellow eyes as she stood on top of him. Robert was on the floor, at the foot of the bed, his tail wagging slightly but with an obvious nervous expression on his young face.

He had awoken with a start, and Skye had gotten up earlier to prepare. He knew she was excited as well, and by the time he had heard her howl into the sky, her pups responded inside the house with their young howls as well. "We're comin', mama," Robert would call, as he was scooped up along with his sister under their father's arms. They wriggled and struggled under his grasp, as Bangle walked them outside to where the finished caravan stood. "Hold still, would yeh?" He would snap at the two, but their impatience knew no bounds.

The two siblings finally dropped from Bangle's arms, and dashed quickly towards the front of the caravan, walking in and out of the horse's feet. "'Ey! Get back 'ere ya lil' minions!" Bangle shouted, unaware that Evelyn had just arrived as well. Before Bangle could make it towards the front of the wagon, his pups quickly ran around to the back, and Erzulie hopped into the back with the other trading goods. "C'mon, Robby! We're cargo!" She called to her tentative brother, still on the ground. 'Zulie wasn't really sure what the word meant, but she had heard her parents say it often, so it must have been good. Robert wriggled his entire body before he finally jumped in, albeit clumsily and scaring the little chickens in their makeshift cage.

With a sigh, Bangle rolled his bright orange eyes and couldn't help but laugh at his children. Approaching Skye and Evelyn, a grin was plastered on his face. "Don' s'pose we can trade live ones on this trip, eh?" He said jokingly, nearly bracing himself for the whooping he'd receive from the red headed female.
