Cold began to grip her fingers as she finally pulled them out of the cool waters next to her, how long had she kept them there? Already it seemed like thirty minutes had passed but she could not really tell, day dreaming, lost in her own mind. Though it was not the cold that brought her back to reality but a sound of something near by, vegetation giving way to someone's weight. Fear filled her body as she hesitated to look at the person that was approuching, afraid of the outcome. She was stupid, not listening and now freezing. This could get her killed.
A voice filled her ears as she moved her eyes from the creek to the figure that seemed to loom over her. Why did she have to be so small, why was everyone so much bigger than her? Looking up at the husky marked boy ashe noticed how he seemed almost as nervous as her, but why? No one was ever nervous around her, not like she was a threat or anything. Wiping her eyes once more the girl cleared her head trying to seem more friendly than as fearful as she usually was, and played with the grass nervously. "He...hey." She stuttered lightly, her ears swiveling pack to lightly press against her hair. "N..nice da..day isn't it?" She gave a slight smile, hiding the fact that she was annoyed that she could not control her own voice. Maybe the he cared to sit, after all that instrument on his back had to be annoying to carry and he was so tall.
