He distinctly heard her mention stars, but the Sadira was too lost in the moment to really pay attention. He watched the fireflies flit about, flickering in and out of existence. They did remind him of stars, until he raised a hand and felt a pair land on his fingers. The tickling sensation lasted briefly, and with a last little twinkle of light, they buzzed away from his digits to join the mass of fireflies. He waved an arm forward, slowly running it to and fro as fireflies parted for it, choosing to either land briefly or to move away. Laughter rang out as he felt a few land over his brows. Or did they just touch him? Scratching at the place, he found himself facing Giselle.

She looked at him with a curious gaze, and the Sadira felt himself warm at the sensation. She looked at him as though she were trying to take in every little bit of him, but then their eyes met and only the noise of nature reigned. He could hear the crickets singing, song birds heading to bed. Even an owl's hoot was audible in the distance as it left its nest of young ones for a nightly hunt. But it was all a moment in time, a few mere seconds. Silvano managed to snap out of the locked gaze the two of them held, and almost reached out to touch her face.

The motion of his arm changed almost last minute, as he held his palm up to her. Arm lowered a bit, he offered her his hand. This was all impromptu and sudden, but the Sadira did not mind for once. Planning ahead was what he did best, but sometimes.. things like this were so much more fun. "Would you like to dance with me?" he asked, voice accidentally getting lower, as though he were trying to sound huskier. It was an accident, but Silvano was glad it happened; it just made it all sound so much more appropriate. And he sounded less like a year and half, and more like he was a man fully grown in all aspects.
