When Dresden launched his arrow Terra was shocked. She'd had no idea it could kill, and the fact that it did so from a distance was even more surprising. Stiffly she came over to the cooling corpse, sniffing at the arrow. It didn't seem to have any special properties, so however had it killed it? How did you do that? Normally Terra was too hungry to care about the answer, but for once she slowed down long enough to ask. Concentrating she changed into her more clumsy optime form to grab the arrow. With a sharp tug she pulled it loose, and examined it.
Terra wasn't careful enough, and accidentally pricked herself on the arrow's tip. Surprised Terra let out a small yelp, dropping the arrow. So it really was deadly. Grinning she looked up at her companion. Seems I have much to learn. I'm Terra, by the way. She hadn't felt the need to make herself known earlier, but with the hunt out of the way she felt more secure around the stranger, ready to ask questions and learn.
