Tawny moved closer and sat down on the ground, crossing her legs and reaching out for the smallest bottle. The liquid was a golden color and only filled half of the glass. Her shoulders lifted and dropped after a few moments of looking at the liquid, studying it. ”Um…water? But it’s brown, I think.” She tilted her head back and stared up at the other woman’s face, as if asking for her opinion. Another shrug pulled at her shoulders and she put her hand on the lid, squeezing and turning it sharply. A few cracks and some crust broke off the top before the lid popped off as well.
Lifting the thing to her face, she dipped her nose down and took a deep breath. Immediately her head jerked back and she sneezed a few times, rubbing her face a few times. The smell was strong and slightly foul, however, it wasn’t like she wouldn’t try something she’d just found. So, the bottle was lifted once more to her face and she tipped it back slowly, only letting a few drops trickle into her mouth before slamming it down on the ground again. Her entire body rolled to the side and she started hacking and coughing.
It was gross! Her tongue and throat were burning slightly, the nasty taste lingering sharply and making her tongue loll out at an angle. ”Ugh…what… is that…ew!”
