Would she be a good playmate? Was it a good idea to let her play? Sophie turned the questions over in her head, and then crouched down low and crawled over on her belly, hesitantly, watching for any signs of hostility from the stranger. When she got within paw-reach, Sophie flicked an ear, and then reached out, slowly, and tapped her paw against the stranger's. Tag! You it! She nodded, and then ran off to hide behind Bug, squealing happily all the while.
