Killing something was all that was on her mind at the moment. It felt so good to be able to run on all fours again. Her legs flowed with such ease. She had been itching to hunt like a ‘wolf’ for a while, even though she did like using her crossbow at times. The scent became stronger, and the sight soon became apparent. There was a small herd of elk and does grazing in a nearby meadow. She slowed down to survey the scene, unseen by the nearby prey. Itzal was visibly scanning for a good one beside her. She was hoping he wouldn’t move without telling her first. They needed a strategy plan.

Axelle licked her lips and was focused on one that seemed to be the biggest prize, and probably the hardest challenge. She didn’t care; she needed to rip something apart, and this unfortunate elk was about to live his last day. ”What’s the plan?” She spoke quietly with her eyes locked on the target, watching him graze. He was so unaware of what was about to happen. Shame. She hoped Itzal, and Eztli, had something in mind that was similar to the vision she had in hers. She wanted to tear ass out of their hiding spot and wrap her jaws around the animal’s neck, but of course there’s a good chance that her plan would fail, since it wasn’t exactly thought out in every thread of detail.

Maybe his plan would be better, since he seemed to be a skilled killer, and even though she was too, he had more experience and probably better ideas right now than she did. She was hoping he would share his expertise and make this hunt worth her while, to help take away her thirst for blood for a couple of weeks, and hopefully his, too.
