Lillith found herself snooping once again. That was all she had been doing lately was snooping, snooping, snooping. In fact, she was quite bored with snooping. Though prowling around the caverns listening in on people’s conversations was fun at times, today she found it utterly dull. She had gone out then to see if she could find someone her age, like Adwen, but had no luck. With a sigh her dark feet carried her out of the caverns and into the sunshine; perhaps she could go find that raven, Skrak. He had bothered her the other day when she was out here, and he interested her, because he could speak a lot more words than the other ravens. He always seemed to be insulting her but she didn’t care, she would just sit at the base of the tree and laugh at them all.

This day however she decided to make her way towards the temple, this was the first time doing so but she was determined to see some black bats, as opposed to the brown ones in the caverns. She wasn't sure why she thought she would find them at the temple, but she'd go anyway. Lillith had recently become slightly obsessed with black creatures, for she was convinced that the souls of dead black creatures were the shadows on her walls. She felt she knew them and they knew her, and if she concentrated hard enough, they would do her bidding. Mother thought this was strange but did not chide her for it, so it made Lillith believe it even more.

Before arriving at the temple fully, she noticed a lone horse grazing off a ways; she paid it no mind, it wasn’t black. But then, a cart caught her attention, and her path was diverted from its intended direction as if she was drawn to it. She sniffed around the wheels, her nose assaulted by smells of wild grasses, wilderness, and other wolves. Movement caught her hazel eyes and she flitted them over to a young coyote male tied to the back of the cart. She looked at him curiously, noted his condition, then ignored him. Something told her that he was of no interest to her. Then, lifting her upper body up, she made to look inside the cart; it was filled with all sorts of interesting things and it smelled amazing. Lillith though she might just jump inside.
