They couldn't play? Dalgina's heart was crushed, ears drooping down completely. She had waited so long for her new friends to come, and now they couldn't play together. She looked up at shock at Olnayni's next words. Weeks?! That wasn't what she'd been told before! They were supposed to be safe in Kiara until they could come out to play. They had come out, so surely they were able to play. Wasn't that how it worked? Told that their eyes wouldn't even open for a few weeks Dalgina looked down with wonder. That was a long time to sleep, longer than Dalgina ever had.
Her small kill was complimented, cheering the black pup up immensely. Puffing up she looked it over. Yep! The rabbit couldn't run away, so I caught it and brought it so we could share. Her tail wagged as she was told the pups liked her present, but saddened again at the news they couldn't eat it. It seemed there was so much she couldn't do with them yet. Dalgina was afraid to touch them in case they broke, they couldn't play, and they couldn't eat the rabbit. She nodded in agreement, trying to split the rabbit so they could eat it together, mostly making a mess of the fur with her attempts.
