Shadow glared lightly at the very cold words of his brother. Shadow was an assassin and knew all about being cold and ruthless, if Shadow hadn't known better he would have thought that his brother Augustus was an assassin as well but no he was just a cold soul in a cold body. Shadow had thought that duty had driven him to be such a way, that maybe if Augustus was alone of away from the Alphas that he would be tolerable and maybe even kind. Shadow was a sad fool for thinking that way because now it had been made very easily clear that Augustus was not interested in becoming friends at all and with his words of accepting him for the greater good of the pack, yeah right. God this wolf rubbed him the wrong way and he wanted to talk back and get it out in the open, just lash him verbally and then if a fight followed then good, Shadow could show him that he was made of tougher stuff than he knew Augustus thought of him to be made of.
Shadow huffed and gave a very simple nod as he turned and no longer wished to look at his brother. Shadow walked over to the car and bit hard into the mirror on one of it's doors and then he ripped it off in one powerful yank and he bit down a little to much and it shattered lightly and some of the glass cut him but he ignored it as he tossed it to the side and kept at the car, letting his anger tear apart the car rather than Augustus. As Shadow tore apart the car he moved so that he was next to Cerberus and he looked to him and rolled his eyes lightly knowing that Ceri would understand his distaste for Augustus and his attitude and then he helped his brother rip off the hard bits of the car. Shadow had been excited to come and spend time with his brother Ceri and his sister Ciara but now he just wanted the task to be done so he could get as far away from Augustus as he could.
Hey bro, it's good to see you again...Shadow nuzzled Ceri lightly as he licked his ears and gave him a playful bite on one of them as he pulled lightly. Shadow needed to get a curtain other brother out of his mind and by the looks of Ceri it would seem that the same things was on his mind as well. A little play and teasing while they worked would have to do in order to lighten the moon of both Shadow and Ceri because there was obviously not going to be any kind words between the males as far as Augustus was concerned, that was easy to see. As Shadow thought about Augustus he was able to make connections with Noah and how cold and hating he was, at least Noah didn't have the honor and he was blatantly mean and angry and you knew why. With Augustus it was like he had a chip on his shoulder and even now, that Shadow was on the same level he knew the cold brute still thought in his mind that Shadow was beneath him. A fight would show that Shadow was more than a match and if Shadow found out that Augustus wasn't a pure wolf like how he strutted around and acted to be then Shadow would call him on it for sure.
All these thoughts were going through Shadows mind and it was a good thing he had a peace of the car in his mouth because as he was thinking he started to growl deeper and deeper as if getting pissed and then when he came too he pulled hard on the metal peace he had and tore it off. Hopefully the others who was hearing his growls would think it was because he was trying hard to tear the car apart and not because he was thinking ill of Augustus.
