Terra wasn't too particularly concerned. If the falling night had made it impossible she might have put more effort into making sure that it hadn't been so late. It was the finer, smaller details that Axelle might miss, ones hard enough to see in the day let alone in the night when everything took on a darker hue, blending together. Her tail twitched as Axelle examined one of the traps she had set up. It had taken time, tugging one loose branch to knot with another, to hide the lines hiding between the bushes that revealed the pit.
Terra waited to see what Axelle would pick up. It was simple things, noting that the shrugs weren't in completely natural poses, that the area where the trap started was covered with exactly the same thing as everything else. She did let out a small yelp of protest as the trap was destroyed. So much for using it. Sighing Terra turned, trotting over to where a more difficult trap was, a few branches and the like knotted to work at catching a leg and holding the trespasser there. Terra leaped over it cleanly, glancing behind her to see if the wolf would see what she had dodged.
