and Rose, that is an excellent point too. NPC packs are a good resolve. Perhaps even setting it that if the advancement points in ranks were done through a NPC pack they had to write out a long RO post detailing how the mission went, like 2500 word minimum or something since that would really in all likelyhood be the equal to someone making between 5-10 normal posts in a thread.
