Hadley was clearly much happier once they were at the waterfall. It was more than likely because he knew no one else was in the area, wanting to keep Isa away from any and all males. Isa didn’t really mind though, she actually liked how protective he was over her, even if it did seem like she was being held captive in her room at times. It showed how much he cared about her.
His brown eyes met her own as Hadley pulled her close, bringing her into a kiss. His hand moved down her side as he kissed her cheek before speaking. His words were muffled with his muzzled pressed into her neck and she was tempted to be a smartass and ask why he already assumed he would be getting a little something. She decided it best not to though and licked his ear before giving him an answer. I can wait till after if you can. It was practically a whisper and she was still kind of being a smartass with her remark but it was more of a teasing tone than anything else. She knew perfectly well that he wouldn’t want to wait.
Her hands slid down his body slowly, coming to a stop with a hand on each thigh. Isa dragged her fingertips closer to his sheath as she brought a trail of kisses down his neck, to his chest. She made sure not to touch the scars, knowing he didn’t like them being touched.
