The odd glance sent her way immediately made Adelle feel self conscious. A blush rose on her cheeks, looking down on the ground. She didn't fit in as gracefully at the ball as the other canines, but she was having plenty of fun. Her tail swayed as Lorenzo spoke, a large grin on her face. It's fun. Good to see our allies here. She accepted the drink, sipping at it hesitantly. It wasn't water, whatever it was. It had a nice taste though, and quickly disappeared.
Adelle hugged Lorenzo back clumsily, the drink clutched tight in her hand to keep from dropping it. Her tail thumped proudly, another blush rising at the impertinent question. No... There was only one boy on her mind, and he wasn't here. He belonged to another pack. Adelle wasn't too sure if she really liked him, or just liked him, but he did rest in her mind a lot. No boys from here.
