It looked like she finally had his attention. His eyes drifted down slowly until they reached the pregnant doe. The rabbit reacted as much to his gaze as he had reacted to anything Amy had said, both amazingly blank. In the rabbit's case, Amy was fairly certain it was just stupidity that caused that. With the one she was dealing with, it might be a case of manipulation. She didn't know, just letting the rabbit remain settled in her arms as he studied it. Was that a flicker of interest she saw? Hopefully it was. It would give her something to go after.

I have rabbits for now, as well as a horse. Other livestock would take time to fetch, but I can acquire them. Her voice was as steady as his own, though much more friendly in tone. She had to be, acting cold and disdainful drove off customers. That wasn't to say she didn't act that way. Just that it meant there was no intention of trade for her. Her hands stroked through the fur, doing her best to not show impatience. She had control, very little emotion showing on her face, but it was nothing compared to what she was being shown, and it was driving her crazy.
