Jiva did what he did best. He was a gentleman and he would try to help anyone man, woman or pup. She was in enough distress that he did stop to help out even in comfort. At her words though is ears perked up and he looked around. He was no fighter and if more than one man was after her... well... He sighed. SHe put him in a very hard place. He was visiting so even if he could bring her back to safety it wasn’t up to him to allow her inot the pack he was staying in.
“That is a very terrible thing... do you belong to any packs?”
That was obvious... she smelled of no packs, though she could have lived in one rather recently. The best he could do was help her find her way home, or even to a safe place. He couldn’t tell that she was faking it. It was hard for the young man to know of such deadly deeds. He had just seen his father beaten and battered but the person who did it didn’t waste any time so he thought nothing of what this woman could do. She did look rather frail and he was at odds when she said there were men chasing her. He made a soft noise of amusement as she smiled apologizing to him.
“It is nothing. I don’t think a few tears will hurt me.”
The young man admitted. It surely was nothing when it came to the safety of a woman even an emotional one. His thoughts went to Palaydrian and how she would react to all this. He wasn’t flirting with her in any way but concerned so he was sure she wouldn’t mind him helping this woman out. Perhaps if things were not in her favor he could offer her a home in New Dawn.
