so sorry for the delay, and that’s a perfectly fine assumption

Relief pass through her body as the male spoke optimistically. Eyes watched with paws on hips, taking in the sight of his handy work and how he fixed the kite. She was sure that her hands would never move the way his did. His compliment made her smile, but her heart still felt heavy with concern. His eyes and mind work through the problems of the mangled kite, fingers moving gently long its edges in hopes of finding the flaw in its construction. Anu was sure he would find it, and there was confidence in her gaze, she knew he could repair it.

Blue eyes watched, looking for the break in the leash. Anu agreed in silence, nodding her head and even touching the weak stop with her fingers. She was happy to know that it could be fixed, and happy to know that he wasn’t upset about it. With his confirmation Anu let her smile grow, Oh good! her voice rang with an accomplished excitement, though she really hadn’t done much. A gift, for her? Surprise formed deeply into her features as she looked to his face, Oh, really? her voice giving off a small amount of her astonishment at the presentation of the kite.

Taking the kite in her paws Anu thought of moment the string broke and how she was the one to loose it. You trust it wont run from me again? There was laughter in her voice, blue eyes looking to his yellow.
