oh and the train is a'rollin

The girl wouldn’t have minded the silence. It wasn’t the yelling or the uneasy words that she felt would come forth at any moment. There was an overpowering darkness inside, and anger that stretched beyond just the disappointment she held towards her dam. It wasn’t just Cambria, and the pain the little pup had felt as she lay in her large arms. It was pain that belonged to her own heart, and it fought its way to the surface. When her sister broke the silence she broke Mati’s thoughts, and she was grateful. They looked through the window, and found nothing but a dimly lit room and no mother wolf. And then the voice of her sister brew her away and after the white shewolf in a sprint. She was not as fast in this form, and lagged behind thought by much.

She did not speak, or call her name. Her words were lost in the shock. The building was enraged in flames. A burning hatred that ate up the bitter and aged wood, and licked at the concrete foundation. Her purple eyes were filled with the growing flames, and she could not move. What had she done? The girl could believe that her mother had done this, and endangered even more with her actions. “What did you do? She suddenly felt as if a child again, her voice soft and almost a whisper. She breathed in the smoke, and with it came the taste of fire and anger. “What did you do?” It was louder, and yet Mati did not scream even though she meant to. Eyes went to her mother, and demanded an explanation.
