A nod, to answer the male's single word question. Lumière was indeed a horse. But Heath had his own questions. They could wait, if his patience held up. Honey hued eyes looked at the wolf, watching with a suspicious gaze. Heath could not trust the Crimson Dreams wolf, for Heath could not be trusted by them. Too many times Heath had ventured into those lands, and had not acted as polite as he should. The black furred witch had taught him well, and Heath vowed not to make trouble again, becoming another one of her leached dogs. As the giant rose, and Heath’s neck brought his head upwards to keep eyes on his face, his trust did not increase.

The mare was uneasy in the presence of the towering beast. A hoof pawed the loose soil of the stream’s bank. Heath took his eyes off the beast and brought it to the roan mare. A gentle hand, calm energy flowing from his core and a soft whisper settled her. “No offense taken, I’m sure." A smile, understanding that the male just hadn’t known what she truly was. Even though the Dreamer was calm and at ease Heath could not make his body release the tension it held.

Ears perked at the words he spoke, the herd? Of course, his initial intention for traveling this far. Looking at the male’s hand once again the small hybrid crossed the small steam of the water and took it as he spoke. “Heath.” He said, hand in the other males’. Stepping backwards he shook his head. “Its quiet a sight. No need to apologize... She is Lumière." The accented voice spoke with a small glance back to the horse. “You saw the herd, are they far? I have been looking for another... maybe a stallion.” Eyes turned back to Jazper, the tension gone from his form. His black furred hand reached for the rope, though unsure exactly how he would use it Heath kept it just in case.
