The girl’s ruby eyes narrowed in instant suspicion at the being that suddenly blocked the shop exit. This was a man that had instantly recognized her as Lykoi, and if there was anything worth knowing about Halo, it was that she was fucking proud of being just that; a Lykoi. Her chest shot out slightly as she corrected her pose, because this was a male and she was always ready to show off her youthful beauty. Then, a delicate smirk spread across her delicate lips. The male moved all too soon, and it occurred to the Lykoi girl that she was actually trapped inside here if he decided to be mean. A hand slowly crept up to her hip in search for a gun that was not there. After she had tossed her clothes away she had rarely brought her gun her whenever she ventured out of Inferni. Her nose picked up on his scent. It smelled of family, ever so slightly of Kaena. Her sharp gaze found the man’s Lykoi star, and her smile suddenly became sincere. A relative! She turned fully to gaze upon him, as always feeling a pinch of disappointment when intriguing males turned out to be family.
The girl’s light melody came out strong and delicious as she replied to his question. ”I’m Halo.” What would he think of her now? Would he foolishly believe that she was that little angel with a halo of purity lighting up the dark? The young hybrid was a falling angel, one that had not yet hit the ground. She ached to do so though, but the girl had yet to experience her first proper kill. It would come though. She knew it would. ”Who are you, big Lykoi?” she asked teasingly, that flirting smile of hers gleaming with false innocence. The hand that had searched for a nonexistent gun had settled there on her hip as if that had been its destination all along. The girl’s face tilted slightly to the side, and some of her dark locks fell down in front of her eyes. Halo knew nothing of another Lykoi roaming these lands. She had thought they were all in Inferni. Could this be an uncle of some kind?
