She was still carrying the pack of meat, a reminder of the reason she had come here. Ember did know that Naniko had left Crimson Dreams because of the note that her adopted sibling had sent her via pigeon, but she didn't know if she had returned to her pack or gone somewhere else. She wasn't sure about going to the birth, either, but would come by later on to see the pups and welcome them into the Sadira family.
Ember was a bit confused by what Urma said next, about another wolf introducing herself as Ember Phoenix. Who would have done that? "If she claimed to be Kansas' sister, then that must have been Firefly. When was that? She used to be a pretty big liar...I wouldn't put it past her." She explained. "And Naniko's not here, huh? Phoenix Valley. Haven't been there in a while...I'll have to go up sometime. She had some tubes in her herb shed that I was wondering if I could have one of. I brought this meat to trade" She held the bundle out.
