Anselm explained to Cotl that there would be more of a verity of plants in the next harvest. Cotl offered an awkward smile to the other male, and a nod of his head. I take it you found some other strands of seed.-NYEH- Und, I'm sure you'll get the time. If not, then just take the time. We have more than enough soldiers to fight if we end up fighting Dahlia. the male spoke, his throat clearing after he had spoke, and nodding his head lightly as he followed the other male.

The two moved on, and as soon as the went passed the first building, they had stopped. The younger two year old male had taken an extra minute behind the male to shift back up from his secui form to his Optime. The male had been slightly rusty at shifting, since he often preferred his Optime form (he had fingers, so he had been able to do all of his favorite things in his free time, such as play his guitar, draw, and tattoo). Cotl was much more attached to his optime form, only down shifting when it really mattered. This time was one of the only few times that he had to do so. His small form in Optime was small enough to easily sneak around as well, so he wasn't worried about being seen in his optime form. Being small in all of his forms had it's advantages, and then it's disadvantages. Disadvantages more so than advantages. Sure the male could sneak easier, fit into smaller places, run faster than most others could, but there was nothing worst than being called short, easily being overtaken by the larger 'yotes or wolves for that matter. There also was nothing worst than being discriminated because you were smaller, and supposedly less "dangerous" than the next stupid bastard that came around. Cotl was more than likely on a mission to prove that he was just as dangerous as a 8 foot, full grown, male wolven. Even if he needed weapons to help him with that mission.

Cotl stood up on his two legs that had formed when he had shifted, and he stretched his back out a bit before he caught up with Anselm, the other male being a few paces infront of him, and by god was the male so much taller than he. Cotl was surrounded by giants it seemed. His brother was the only one whom was shorter than he was. That was only by an inch as well. Anselm was the first to go ahead and open a door, a sneeze coming from his maw as he let the dust and rust fill the air around himself. Gesundheit! the reaction to the male's sneeze was a polite one, and a natural reaction coming from the male. You'd never think that Cotl actually had manners at times. The other slammed the door shut again before the other male's crimson orbs looked to the Imaginfer. He watched as the other male scanned the horizon for any targets that they could easily pick up on. Without the height of Maschine, he was useless in looking over the land. He left the looking for the tall one that accompanied him.

The other male suggested that they split up. Cotl figured that it worked fine for them before, so he nodded his head. Das ist gut. I'll see you in a bit. the male spoke, nodding his head lightly before walking off to the road that the other male had told him that there might be a barn. Cotl moved down the road, his bi-color orbs looking along the pathetic buildings as he looked for what he needed to be in. He had found a shed before he had found a barn, and he took to searching this building before he would move on to a barn. He kicked open the door, and it crumbled because of it. He waited for the rubble to settle a bit before he entered, and once it did, he did so. He looked around, finding some rusted chains that still would work for their purpose. He also scored one bear trap. The chain on it was broken, but he had the chain that would replace the one attached to the bear trap. The male pulled apart the trap, to see if it would still work, and he had taken a piece of wood from the broken door to test it. He had the trap set on the work table and he was quick to stick the wood in the trap. It took a good amount of pressure to snap it shut. Cotl frowned. The victim would surely have noticed that they had stepped on something abnormal by the time it was finally able to snap. With a bit of oil to make it snap easier, he was sure that the trap would work. He had only found one though, and this was not pleasing enough for the male to call Anselm to him.

Cotl took the snapped trap with him as he exited the shed, not really finding anything else that he would need in there. Cotl continued on along the road, and lord and behold there was a barn further down the way. He pushed open the large doors and he entered the building. What he found in there was pretty awesome for him because it simply had been out there in the open. He spied a saddle that looked like it would be big enough for his steed. Cotl would have to find a way to get it back to the pack lands though. He scratched his head as he inspected it. It was a nice western style saddle that had minimal damage by the insects. He smiled lightly before he left it on it's stand and moved on to look around for some traps that resembled the one he had found earlier. Bi-colored orbs looking around, and his hands searched the drawers that he could open. He had come across two more. These two were better looking, minimal rust, and they looked as if they would snap better. Cotl tested both, and he was right, they snapped close with minimal amount of pressure. This was good. Cotl then moved to the door of the barn and stuck his head out. He sent out a yowl for the other male. Perhaps Cotl could show him what they were looking for, and then send the other male back out another time so they can gather as many as they could from this village before the Dahlian wolves thought that they were going to set traps at their borders.
