Haruhi worried about this war. She didn't believe she would be much of a help. She had never fought serious fights before. In fact, she only had small training for her parents focused mostly on her brother. He was "perfect" after all. The more they realized her body wasn't going to grow, the less they paid attention to her. She lacked fighting skill, so how was she going to help this pack? Would they throw her away once they learn of this? Worry began to occupy her heart. She doesn't know if she could handle being thrown away again. If she were to be cast out, who knew what she would do? She'd probably sink further into depression. She might not even interact with anyone again. She only hoped that never happens. Vieira's voice broke her out of her own thought. Once again, she made no eye contact. It wouldn't matter at this point due to Haruhi's now averted eyes. She looked to the side, ashamed of the answer she was about to give. She also feared the outcome as well. "I, uh, n-no." She brought her hands together to hold them in front of her. One hand overlapped the other as she rubbed the one under the other with her thumb. She also flicked her tail softly. She might not even be good at defending herself. She could probably hold her ground a little against small opponents, but not someone who was a well experienced fighter. With her small stature, she could be easily out-powered.

She watched as the girl thanked her. She simply nodded to her but soon forgot she doesn't make eye contact. In fact, she didn't look near her face. So, she decided to be verbal. "You're welcome," she said in a soft voice. She noticed her smile had shrunk and she wondered if it was because she was remembering the incident. She soon didn't focus on the thought for her ears picked up Vieira's voice once more. She spoke of Gabriel, another name she had heard of. This meant that he was another leader. "Ah, uh, Okay." If she became more curious of the war, she may go to him for answers.

Being with Vieira, she was actually beginning to like her. She couldn't exactly understand, but something about her made her welcome her presence. Perhaps she reminded her a little bit of herself. She seemed shy like her but she can still smile so easily, while it took Haruhi more effort to do so. She finally released her hand and let them fall at her side. She began to draw circles in her thigh, though. Biting her lip, she fought for something to say. Her right ear twitched as she heard the rain becoming slightly harder. "Um, does it...rain a lot here?" She asked, with a frown. She really didn't like the rain.
