His body collided with the white male's, pushing the bastard off of Princess. There was no question in his mind as to what the man had intended to do with her and it filled his belly with a hot fire that would only be extinguished by justice being served upon the brute. Haven fell to the ground when the momentum of the hit left him and quickly got back to his feet. Jade eyes burned as they stared down into the putrid yellow pools of the intruder. There was no fear in his gaze or stance, only a desire for retribution. His snarl was just as fierce and a deep growl rumbled menacingly in his chest.



Softly he heard the sound of sobs behind him and he had to fight the urge to go to her. This wasn't over yet, not by a long shot, and he couldn't take his eyes off of his enemy. His hand reached back to grasp the pommel of his longsword, speaking to her without looking back to her. "Princess, run." The Knight did not fear defeat, but in the case that he was Princess needed to get away and find the rest of the pack to protect her and drive the wolf off. Hoping she would obey his words he drew the sword, exposing the steel to the cool air.
